Claims (6)
- 하기 화학식 1로 나타내어지는 리튬니켈코발트망간 복합금속 산화물을 포함하고 탭밀도가 2.0~2.7g/㎤인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수계 전해질 리튬 이차전지용 양극활물질.[화학식 1]LiaNi1-(v+w+x+y+z)MnvCowMxM'yM"zO2(상기식에서 M, M', M"은 각각 서로 독립적으로 Al, Mg, Sr, Ca, P, Pb, Y 및 Zr로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나 이상이며 이 때, 0.9 ≤a≤1.05, 0.685 ≤1-(v+w+x+y+z)≤0.745, 0.05 ≤v≤0.06, 0.20≤w≤0.24, 0.005≤x+y+z ≤0.015 이다.)
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양극 활물질의 평균 입경은 1~30um이고, 구형 또는 유사 구형인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수계 전해질 리튬 이차전지용 양극활물질.
- 제1항 또는 제2항의 비수계 전해질 리튬 이차전지용 양극활물질을 NMP를 용매로 하고 PVDF계 바인더(binder)와 탄소계 도전제를 함유하는 용액에 첨가하여 얻어진 것을 특징으로 하는 복합금속 산화물 전극.
- 제3항 기재의 복합금속 산화물 전극을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이차전지.
- 니켈염 용액, 코발트염 용액 및 망간염 용액으로 이루어진 혼합 금속 용액을 착제 및 침전제 존재하에서 공침전시켜 니켈코발트망간 금속 하이드록사이드를 준비하고, Al, Mg, Sr, Ca, P, Pb, Y 및 Zr로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나 이상의 물질을 상기 금속 하이드록사이드 표면에 코팅시킨 후 리튬염과 혼합시키고, 상기 혼합물을 일반공기, 건조공기(dry air) 또는 산소 분위기 하에서 300 내지 900℃의 온도로 5시간 내지 30시간 동안 열처리하여 리튬니켈 복합산화물을 만든 후, 상기 복합산화물을 소성하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수계 전해질 리튬 이차전지용 양극활물질의 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 공침전 공정은 pH 11~12에서 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수계 전해질 리튬 이차전지용 양극활물질의 제조 방법.
