Claims (5)
- 중량평균 분자량이 4,000 ∼ 8,000 인 폴리올 65 ∼ 85 중량%와 디이소시아네이트 화합물 15 ∼ 35 중량%를 반응시켜 얻어진 것으로 NCO%가 3 ∼ 7%인 폴리우레탄 프리폴리머에,상기 폴리우레탄 프리폴리머 총중량을 기준으로 촉매 0.7 ∼ 2 중량부, 윤활제 2 ∼ 15 중량부, 안정제 0.01 ∼ 1.0 중량부, 실리콘 소포제 0.1 ∼ 1.5 중량부가 함유된 것임을 특징으로 하는 수경화형 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올 화합물로는 폴리에테르 폴리올, 폴리에스테르 폴리올, 폴리테트라메틸렌에테르 폴리올 및 폴리카프로락톤 폴리올 중에서 선택된 단독 또는 2종 이상의 것임을 특징으로 하는 수경화형 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물.
- 삭제
- 신율이 20 ∼ 50%인 편직된 폴리에스테르 기재에 35 ∼ 55 중량%의 수지 코팅량으로 청구항 1에 따른 수경화형 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물을 피복시켜 성형된 것임을 특징으로 하는 반경질 캐스팅 테이프.
