Claims (5)
- 폴리올 성분과 방향족 디이소시아네이트를 주성분으로 하는 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물에 있어서, 상기 폴리올 성분으로 폴리에테르글리콜 10 ∼ 25 중량%과 폴리에스테르글리콜 6 ∼ 13 중량% 및 다음 화학식 1로 표시되는 아미노폴리올 0.2 ∼ 7 중량%가 함유된 것임을 특징으로 하는 캐스팅 테이프용 속경화형 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물.화학식 1상기 화학식 1에서 ; a + b는 5 ∼ 42의 정수를 나타낸다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에테르글리콜은 중량평균 분자량 2,000 ∼ 3,000인 것과 200 ∼ 1,000인 폴리프로필렌글리콜을 1:1 ∼ 7:1의 중량비로 혼합하여 사용하고, 상기 폴리에스테르글리콜은 중량평균분자량이 1,000 ∼ 2,000인 것을 사용하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 캐스팅 테이프용 속경화형 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에테르글리콜과 폴리에스테르글리콜은 1:1 ∼ 3:1의 중량비로 혼합하여 사용하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 캐스팅 테이프용 속경화형 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 따른 속경화형 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물을 기질에 피복시켜 성형된 것임을 특징으로 하는 정형외과용 캐스팅 테이프.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 기질은 신율이 20 ∼ 50%인 폴리에스테르인 것임을 특징으로 하는 정형외과용 캐스팅 테이프.
