Claims (2)
- 외주면에 나선상으로 형성된 나사산을 갖는 나사형 연삭휠이 회전가능하게 장착되고, 작업물 가공 위치에 대하여 나사형 연삭휠이 전진, 후퇴하는 방향인 X 방향, 수직 방향인 Z 방향, X 방향 및 Z 방향에 수직인 방향인 Y 방향을 따라 나사형 연삭휠을 이동시키고, YZ 평면에서 나사형 연삭휠을 선회시키기 위해 배치된 이동 기구,이동 기구에 장착된 나사형 연삭휠의 위치를 제어하기 위해서, 이동 기구의 이동을 수치 제어하는 NC 장치, 및원판상의 드레싱 공구를 갖는 회전식 드레싱 장치로서, 작업물 가공 위치에 회전식 드레싱 장치가 설치되면, 드레싱 공구가 회전 구동하면서 나사형 연삭휠의 나사산의 플랭크에 접촉하여 드레싱을 실시하는 회전식 드레싱 장치를 갖는 기어 연삭기에 있어서,상기 NC 장치는 나사형 연삭휠의 연삭휠 압력각을 수정하기 위해서, 드레싱 공구가 나사형 연삭휠의 나사산의 플랭크에 접촉하는 상태를 유지하면서, 나사형 연삭휠의 X 방향 위치 및 Z 방향 위치 그리고, YZ 평면에서의 선회 위치를 조정하도록 이동 기구를 수치 제어하는 제어 기능을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 기어 연삭기.
- 외주면에 나선상으로 형성된 나사산을 갖는 나사형 연삭휠이 회전가능하게 장착되며, 작업물 가공 위치에 대하여 나사형 연삭휠이 전진, 후퇴하는 방향인 X 방향, 수직 방향인 Z 방향, 상기 X 방향 및 상기 Z 방향에 수직인 방향인 Y 방향을 따라 나사형 연삭휠을 이동시키고, YZ 평면에서 나사형 연삭휠을 선회시키는 이동 기구,이동 기구에 장착된 상기 나사형 연삭휠의 위치를 제어하기 위해서, 이동 기구의 이동을 수치 제어하는 NC 장치, 및원판상의 드레싱 공구를 갖는 회전식 드레싱 장치로서, 작업물 가공 위치에 회전식 드레싱 장치가 설치되면, 드레싱 공구가 회전 구동하면서 나사형 연삭휠의 나사산의 플랭크에 접촉하여 드레싱을 실시하는 회전식 드레싱 장치를 갖는 기어 연삭기에 있어서,상기 NC 장치는 나사형 연삭휠의 연삭휠 압력각을 수정하기 위해서, 드레싱 공구가 나사형 연삭휠의 나사산의 플랭크에 접촉하는 상태를 유지하면서, 나사형 연삭휠의 X 방향 위치 및 Z 방향 위치 그리고, YZ 평면에서의 선회 위치를 조정하도록 이동 기구를 수치 제어하는 제어 기능과, 나사형 연삭휠의 1 회전 당 나사형 연삭휠의 Y 방향 이동 거리를 수치 제어하는 제어 기능을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 기어 연삭기.
