Claims (12)
- 열가소성 플라스틱을 포함하며 양면이 광택성이고 두께 범위가 80 내지 300㎛인 필름을 평활 로울 공정으로 제조하는 방법으로서,열가소성 플라스틱을 용융시켜 수득한 용융물을 2개의 글레이징 로울(glazing roll) 사이의 로울 갭에 공급하는 단계를 포함하며, 이때 2개의 글레이징 로울 중의 하나는 글레이징-로울 스탠드에 부동으로 고정시키고 나머지 하나의 이동성 로울은 트러스트 로드(thrust rod)와 연결된 웜 기어(worm gear)를 갖는 두개의 수평 적재된 드라이브에 의해 로울 베어링에 배치함으로써 로울 갭 내에 형체력(locking force)을 생성시킴을 특징으로 하는, 필름의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 로울 갭 내의 형체력이 1500N/m임을 특징으로 하는, 필름의 제조방법.

- 제1항, 제2항, 제5항 및 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 방법에 의해 제조된 필름으로 장식됨을 특징으로 하는, 사출 성형된 열가소성 성형 화합물을 포함하는 제품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 열가소성 성형 화합물이 투명한 성형 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제7항에 있어서, 필름이 사출 성형품용 장식 필름으로서 사용되기 전에 열가소성 적층 기판과 함께 적층됨을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제5항 및 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 방법에 의해 제조된 필름으로 장식됨을 특징으로 하는 압출 성형품.
