Abstract
Description
본 발명의 구성에 의하면, 링 밴드의 그리고 피스톤 헤드의 적어도 일부분은 2개의 용접 시임에 의한 피스톤 기본 몸체와 용접된 구조 부품에 의하여 형성되므로, 링 부분의 강성이 현저하게 상승된다.
Claims (2)
- 박스 형상의 샤프트(11)를 구비한 단조강으로 형성된 피스톤 기본 몸체(2)와, 보스 구멍(7) 및 보스 지지부(8)를 구비한 보스와, 보스 지지부들 사이의 연결 벽(9) 및 연소통(6)과, 냉각 채널(12)을 구비한 피스톤(1)에 있어서,- 보스 구멍(7)의 축방향으로 상부에는 반경 방향의 보스 지지부(8)와 연결 벽(9)의 외측에 피스톤 기본 몸체(2)와 일체로 주위 벽(10)이 접설되어 있으며,- 링 밴드의 적어도 일부분과 피스톤 헤드(5)의 반경 방향의 외측으로 배치되는 부분은 피스톤 기본 몸체(2)와 용접된 구조 부품(3)에 의하여 형성되며,- 피스톤 기본 몸체(2)의 주위 벽(10)과 피스톤 기본 몸체(2)와 용접된 구조 부품(3)은 공동으로 반경 방향의 외측 및 축 방향으로 하부의 냉각 채널(12) 경계벽을 형성하여 링 부분의 영역에는 굴곡 강성 구역이 생기며,- 피스톤 기본 몸체(2)의 강은 최소 0.3%의 탄소 당량을 가지며,- 용접 시임은 레이저 용접 또는 전자 비임 용접에 의하여 MIG 용접 공법 또는 MAG 용접 공법으로 제조되며,- 피스톤(1)의 내부에서 보스 지지부(8)의 영역에 자체의 스프링 조임 상태로 고정된 강판(13)이 내부 냉각실의 하부 경계를 형성하며,- 샤프트(11) 및 피스톤 기본 몸체(2)는 일체로 형성되어 있으며,- 주위 벽(10)은 상기 벽 전체의 주위에 걸쳐서 피스톤의 수평면, 즉 피스톤의 종축과 수직으로 위치되어 있는 평면에 대해서 비스듬한 위치를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 피스톤.
