Claims (3)
- 투명한 기판과;상기 기판 상에 소정의 유기막이 형성된 소정패턴의 화소전극들과;상기 화소전극들에 선택적으로 전압을 공급하기 위한 적어도 하나의 박막 트랜지스터와;상기 박막 트랜지스터를 구동하기 위한 구동라인들;을 포함하며,상기 유기막 및 상기 화소전극의 가장자리는 상기 구동라인과 절연층을 사이에 두고 중첩된 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시장치.
- 투명한 기판과; 상기 기판에 형성된 버퍼층과; 상기 버퍼층 상부에는 각각 소정의 유기막으로 형성된 화소와 이의 형성을 위한 화소전극을 가지는 화소형성부와; 상기 화소형성부를 구동시키기 위한 구동부;를 포함하며,상기 구동부는,상기 버퍼층 상에 제1절연층에 의해 매립된 반도체층과, 상기 제1절연층 상에 상기 반도체층과 대응되는 게이트 전극과, 상기 게이트 전극을 매립하는 제2절연층과, 상기 제1,2절연층에 형성된 콘텍홀을 통하여 상기 반도체층의 양측에 각각 연결되며 상기 제2절연층의 상부에 형성된 드레인 전극 및, 소스 전극들을 포함하는 적어도 하나의 박막 트랜지스들과;상기 박막 트랜지스터의 게이트 전극, 드래인 전극 및 소스전극과 전기적으로 연결되며, 상기 유기막 및 상기 화소전극과 제1절연층 또는 제2절연층을 사이에 두고 중첩되는 구동전극라인들;을 포함하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 박막 트랜지스터가 스위칭을 위한 제1박막 트랜지스터와, 구동을 위한 제2박막 트랜지스터로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 표시장치.
