Claims (17)
- 유리생산라인에서 생산되고 있는 고온의 유리기판 위에 금속유기화합물을 함유하는 반응물질을 분사하여, 대기 중에서 열분해 및 산화반응시켜 광촉매성 금속산화물막을 형성하는 단계; 연이은 공정인 서냉과정 중에 액상 혹은 기상의 산성 반응물질을 분사하여 고체산을 표면에 형성시키는 단계를 특징으로 하는 광촉매성 친수성 유리의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 서냉과정 중 기상의 산성반응 물질을 서냉부에 설치된 무수황산가스 분사장치를 사용하여 생산되는 유리에 직접 분사 적용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친수성 유리의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 금속유기화합물과 액상 혹은 기상의 산성반응 물질을 분사하는 지역(zone)은 판유리 제조공정중의 온도가 550℃∼600℃인 주석조와 서냉부 사이에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 친수성 유리의 제조방법.
- 유리생산라인에서 생산되고 있는 고온의 유리기판 위에 금속유기화합물과 액상의 산성 반응물질이 섞여있는 혼합물 현탁액을 분사하거나, 또은 금속유기화합물의 현탁액과 기상의 산성 반응물질을 함께 분사하여 대기 중에서 열분해 및 산화반응 시켜 표면에 고상의 산화합물을 함유하는 금속산화물막을 형성시키는 것을 특징 으로 하는 친수성 유리의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 유리 생산라인은 일반 판유리를 제조하는 공정으로서, 유리성형라인인 주석조가 포함된 수평 제조방식의 판유리 생산라인임을 특징으로 하는 친수성 유리의 제조방법.
- 유리 생산라인에서 직접 생산되고 있는 고온의 유리기판 위에 금속유기화합물을 함유하는 반응물질을 분사하여, 대기 중에서 열분해 및 산화반응시켜 광촉매성 금속산화물막이 형성된 유리를 만들고, 이 유리를 원판으로 하여 자동차유리를 제조하기 위한 열처리 공정 중에 기상의 산성 반응물질을 분사하여 고체산을 표면에 형성시킨 광촉매성 친수성 자동차유리의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 기상의 산성반응 물질을 분사하는 자동차 유리 제조 공정은 자동차유리로 판유리를 성형 및 강화하는 공정이 진행되는 강화로 내에서 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 친수성 자동차유리의 제조방법.
- 제 1항, 제 4항 또는 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 금속유기화합물은 Ti, Zn, Sn, Fe, Co, W로 이루어진 군에서 1종 이상의 금속을 함유하는 유기화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 친수성 유리의 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 금속유기화합물이 금속원소의 아세틸아세톤 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 금속유기화합물의 고체 함량은 분사용액 대비 10∼20 wt%인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1항, 제 4항 또는 제 6항에 있어서, 형성된 산화물막이 Ti을 함유하는 광촉매성 금속산화물막인 경우 아나타제형 결정을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친수성 유리의 제조방법.
- 제 1항, 제 4항 또는 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 금속산화물막의 두께가 200Å∼800Å인 것을 특징으로 하는 친수성 유리의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 액상의 산성 반응물질은 황산(H2SO4) 및 MxSy, Mx(SO4)y, Mx(SO3)y. {M: H, Na, Ca, Al, Fe 등의 금속, x ≥1, y≥1}의 분자식으로 이루어진 황화물을 용매와 혼합한 액상으로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친수성 유리의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 액상의 산성 반응물질은 황산, 질산, 텅스텐산으로 이루어진 군에서 1종 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친수성 유리 및 그 제조방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 황화물의 첨가량이 금속유기화합물에 대하여 0.1∼3 wt%인 것을 특징으로 하는 친수성 유리의 제조방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 액상의 산성 반응물질은 수용액으로 농도가 1∼6 wt%인 것을 특징으로 하는 친수성 유리의 제조방법.
- 제 1항, 제 6항 또는 제 16항에 있어서,기상의 산성 반응물질이 황화수소(H2S),이산화황(SO2), 삼산화황(SO3)으로 이루어진 군에서 1 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친수성 유리의 제조방법.
