Claims (11)
- 기판상에 다수의 층을 적층하여 빛의 회절한계 이하로 마크를 생성시켜 기록을 행하고, 상기 마크에 빛을 조사(照射)하여 기록을 재생하는 초해상 광기록매체에 있어서,텔루리엄(Te)과 옥시전(O) 및 제3의 금속원소에 의해 형성된 기록층; 및비선형 광학 물질, 써모크로믹(thermochromic) 물질 및 상변화 물질 중 어느 하나의 물질을 포함하여 빛이 상기 기록층에 조사될 경우 초해상 현상이 가능하도록 하는 재생층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초해상 광기록매체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 기록층의 제 3의 금속원소는 실버(Ag), 골드(Au), 텅스텐(W), 망간니스(Mn), 플래티넘(Pt), 티타늄(Ti), 지콘니엄(Zr), 브롬(B), 크롬(Cr), 아이론(Fe), 코발트(Co), 니켈(Ni), 팔라디움(Pd), 안티모니(Sb), 탄틸리움(Ta), 알루미늄(Al), 이디움(ln), 쿠퍼(Cu), 틴(Sn), 징크(Zn), 비스어스(Bi)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 원소인 것을 특징으로 하는 초해상 광기록매체.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 기록층에 상기 제 3의 금속원소의 함유비율은 1원자 % 이상이고, 35%원자이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 초해상 광기록매체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 기록층의 옥시전(O) 원소의 함유 비율은 25 원자 % 이상이고, 60원자 % 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 초해상 광기록매체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 재생층은 게루마늄(Ge), 안티모니(Sb), 텔루리엄(Te)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나이상의 원소로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 초해상 광기록매체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 기록층의 두께는 1nm이상이고 30nm이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 초해상 광기록매체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 재생층은 상기 기록층을 기준으로 상기 기판에 가까운 위치 또는 상기 기판에 먼 위치 중 어느 하나이상의 위치에 적층되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초해상 광기록매체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 재생층의 두께는 3nm이상이고 200nm이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 초해상 광기록매체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 초해상 광기록매체는 상기 기판에 접촉해 위치하며, 상기 초해상 광기록매체에 입사되는 레이저 빔을 반사하여 출사시키는 반사층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초해상 광기록매체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 초해상 광기록매체는 기록층의 양 접촉면에 유전체층을 적층하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초해상 광기록매체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 광기록매체는 1회 기록형 광기록매체인 것을 특징으로 하는 초해상 광기록매체.
