Claims (7)
- 투명 기재 필름상에, 투명 수지로 이루어지는 하드 코트층을 가지는 하드 코트 필름을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,상기 투명 수지에 도전성/자성 미립자를 함유하는 단계;상기 도전성/자성 미립자를 함유한 투명 수지를 투명 기재 필름상에 도포하는 단계;상기 도전성/자성 미립자를 자성 인가체를 이용하여 상기 투명 기재 필름쪽으로 편재시키는 단계; 및상기 투명 수지를 경화시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하드 코트 필름을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 도전성/자성 미립자를 자성 인가체를 이용하여 상기 투명 기재 필름쪽으로 편재시키는 단계는 함유된 도전성/자성 미립자의 70% 이상이 상기 하드 코트층의 전체 두께에 대해 상기 투명 기재 필름으로부터의 0.7 이하의 두께에 편재되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 하드 코트 필름을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 도전성/자성 미립자는 페라이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 하드 코트 필름을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 투명 수지는 2종 이상의 투명 수지로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하드 코트 필름을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항의 방법으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하드 코트 필름.
- 제 4 항에 따른 하드 코트 필름이 편면 또는 양면에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 소자.
- 제 5 항에 따른 광학 소자를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 표시장치.
