Claims (19)
- 적층되는 유리 표면을 보호하는 유리 보호용 필름으로서,유리 표면과 부착되는 부드러운 면으로 구비되는 제 1면; 및유리와 부착되지 않는 이면인 제 2면을 구비하며,적층된 유리 사이에서 상기 제 2면은 서로 맞닿도록 적층되며, 필름의 비부피는 1.5 내지 4 ㎝3/g이고, 상기 제 2면에는 기계적인 엠보싱 처리가 된 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 보호용 필름.
- 적층되는 유리 표면을 보호하는 유리 보호용 필름으로서,유리 표면과 부착되는 부드러운 면으로 구비되는 제 1면; 및유리와 부착되지 않는 이면인 제 2면을 구비하며,적층된 유리 사이에서 상기 제 2면은 서로 맞닿도록 적층되며, 상기 제 2면은 표면조도 Ry의 최대치가 20㎛ 이상으로 엠보싱 처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 보호용 필름.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 제 2면이 유광면이 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 보호용 필름.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 제 2면은 100 중량%의 폴리머 필름 중에 용융유동지수가 1g/10min 이하인 고밀도 폴리에틸렌은 20 내지 70 중량% 구비함으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 보호용 필름.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 제 2면은 100 중량%의 폴리머 필름 중에 무기재료를 10 중량% 구비함으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 보호용 필름.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 제 2면은 100 중량%의 폴리머 필름 중에 녹는 점 130℃이상의 폴리머를 3 중량% 구비함으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 보호용 필름.
- 제 6항에 있어서,상기 녹는 점 130℃이상의 폴리머는 폴리메틸메타아크릴레이트 5 내지 50 중량부, 아크릴로니트릴부타디엔스티렌 공중합체 5 내지 50 중량부, 폴리카보네이트 5 내지 50 중량부 및 폴리스티렌 5 내지 50 중량부 중에서 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 보호용 필름.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 유리는 엘시디용 유리인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 보호용 필름.
- 복수 개의 투명한 유리; 및상기 유리 표면을 보호하는 유리 보호용 필름으로 구성되며,상기 유리 보호용 필름은유리 표면과 부착되는 부드러운 면으로 구비되는 제 1면; 및유리와 부착되지 않는 이면인 제 2면을 구비하며,적층된 유리 사이에서 상기 제 2면은 서로 맞닿도록 적층되며, 필름의 비부피는 1.5 내지 4 ㎝3/g이고, 상기 제 2면에는 기계적인 엠보싱 처리가 된 것을 특징으로 하는 보호 필름을 구비하는 적층된 투명 유리.
- 복수 개의 투명한 유리; 및상기 유리 표면을 보호하는 유리 보호용 필름으로 구성되며,상기 유리 보호용 필름은유리 표면과 부착되는 부드러운 면으로 구비되는 제 1면; 및유리와 부착되지 않는 이면인 제 2면을 구비하며,적층된 유리 사이에서 상기 제 2면은 서로 맞닿도록 적층되며, 상기 제 2면은 표면조도 Ry의 최대치가 20㎛ 이상으로 엠보싱 처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 보호 필름을 구비하는 적층된 투명 유리.

- 제 14항에 있어서,상기 녹는 점 130℃이상의 폴리머는 폴리메틸메타아크릴레이트 5 내지 50 중량부, 아크릴로니트릴부타디엔스티렌 공중합체 5 내지 50 중량부, 폴리카보네이트 5 내지 50 중량부 및 폴리스티렌 5 내지 50 중량부 중에서 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보호 필름을 구비하는 적층된 투명 유리.

- 제 1유리 및 제 2유리를 준비하는 제 1단계;상기 제 1유리의 양면에 부드러운 면으로 구비되는 제 1면과 거친 면으로 구성되는 제 2면을 갖는 보호 필름을 상기 제 1면이 유리 표면과 부착되도록 부착하는 제 2단계;상기 제 2유리의 양면에 부드러운 면으로 구비되는 제 1면과 거친 면으로 구성되는 제 2면을 갖는 보호 필름을 상기 제 1면이 유리 표면과 부착되도록 부착하는 제 3단계; 및보호 필름이 부착된 제 2 투명 유리를 보호 필름이 부착된 제 1 투명 유리상에 직접적으로 적층하여, 제 2투명 유리에 부착된 보호 필름의 제 2면이 제 1투명 유리에 부착된 보호 필름의 제 2면과 직접 맞닿게 적층하는 제 4단계를 구비하여, 적층되는 유리사이에 별도의 간지를 삽입하지 않고 유리를 적층하는 유리 적층 방법.
- 제 17항에 있어서,상기 보호 필름의 비부피가 1.5 내지 4 ㎝3/g 인 엠보싱 처리가 된 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 적층 방법.
- 제 17항에 있어서,상기 보호 필름의 제 2면은 표면조도 Ry의 최대치가 20㎛ 이상으로 엠보싱 처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 적층 방법.
