- 고형물 회수 방법이며,원수 탱크의 배수는 반도체 결정물, 반도체 웨이퍼, 표면에 패시베이션막이 형성된 반도체 웨이퍼 또는 절연성 수지로 밀봉된 반도체 장치를 연삭·연마함으로써 생성되는 고형물을 포함하고, 이 배수를 500∼40000 ppm의 고농도의 배수로 하고,상기 원수 탱크의 배수를 압입 여과하여 케이크 형상의 상기 고형물과 저농도 배수로 분리하고,상기 저농도 배수를 상기 원수 탱크로 되돌려서, 상기 원수 탱크의 배수 농도를 저하시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 고형물 회수 방법.
- 고형물 회수 방법이며,원수 탱크의 배수는 반도체 재료로 이루어진 결정 잉곳의 연마·연삭물, 반도체 웨이퍼 이면의 연마·연삭물을 포함하고, 상기 배수를 500∼40000 ppm의 고농도의 배수로 하고,상기 원수 탱크의 배수를 압입 여과하여, 케이크 형상의 상기 고형물과 저농도 배수로 분리하고,상기 저농도 배수를 상기 원수 탱크로 되돌려서, 원수 탱크의 배수 농도를 저하시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 고형물 회수 방법.
- 고형물 회수 방법이며,반도체 재료, 실리카, 금속, 귀금속, 레어 메탈 또는 화합물 재료가 혼입된 배수를 압입 여과하여, 케이크 형상의 고형물과 저농도 배수로 분리하고,상기 케이크 형상의 고형물은 상기 고형물의 건조를 방지한 상태에서 재이용장으로 반송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고형물 회수 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 고형물의 건조를 방지하는 수단은 밀폐되는 용기 또는 주머니인 것을 특징으로 하는 고형물 회수 방법.
