Claims (10)
- 입자 크기가 30 내지 100nm인 침강 탄산칼슘 입자 30 내지 90 중량%를 포함하며, 침강 탄산칼슘 입자가 안료 입자의 표면에 결합됨을 특징으로 하는 안료 입자 생성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 안료 입자가 카올린, 탄산칼슘, 이산화티탄 또는 이들의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 안료 입자 생성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 침강 탄산칼슘의 입자가 반 데르 발스 힘에 의해 안료 입자의 표면에 결합됨을 특징으로 하는 안료 입자 생성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 안료 표면에 결합된 침강 탄산 칼슘의 입자가 안료 입자의 중량을 기준으로 하여 30 내지 80중량%로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 안료 입자 생성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 안료 입자가 이산화티탄 입자이며, 이산화티탄 입자 서로간의 간격이 60nm를 초과함을 특징으로 하는 안료 입자 생성물.
- 안료 입자를 침강 탄산칼슘으로 코팅시키는 방법에 있어서,pH가 6 내지 11로 조절된 안료 탄산염의 수성 현탁액은 혼합기에서 혼합에 의해 형성되며,입자 크기가 30 내지 400nm인 침강 칼슘의 응집체가 먼저 혼합전에 형성되고, 이러한 응집체는 입자 크기가 30 내지 100nm인 탄산칼슘 입자로 분해되고, 분해된 탄산칼슘 입자가 안료 입자의 표면에 결합됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 안료 입자와 침강 탄산칼슘이 격렬하게 혼합됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 안료 입자와 침강 탄산칼슘이 충격 혼합기형(shock blender type)의 믹서에서 혼합됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6항에 따라 코팅된 안료 입자의 수성 현탁액이 종이에 충전제로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6항에 따라 코팅된 안료 입자의 수성 현탁액이 종이상에 코팅됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
