Abstract
Description
속도 지령치와 이전 스텝의 속도 추정치를 소정개의 구간으로 구분하여 각 구간별로 비교하고, 그 비교결과에 근거하여 검출되는 각 구간별 속도오차를 감소시키기 위한 속도보상치를 결정하여 출력하는 속도보상수단과;
상기 속도보상수단에서 출력되는 속도보상치와 속도지령치 및 현재 속도추정치를 비교하고, 그 비교결과에 근거하여 토오크 전류 지령치를 출력하는 비교수단을 포함하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은, 토크리플이 심한 부하특성을 갖는 압축기에 적용되는 모터의 속도제어장치에 있어서,
속도 지령치와 이전 스텝의 속도 추정치를 소정개의 구간으로 구분하여 각 구간별로 비교하고, 그 비교결과에 근거하여 검출되는 각 구간별 속도오차를 감소시키기 위한 속도보상치를 결정하는 속도 보상수단과;
상기 속도보상치를 속도보상용 전류지령치로 생성하는 PI제어수단과;
속도지령치와 현재 속도추정치를 비교하고, 그 비교결과에 근거한 토오크전류지령치를 출력하는 제1 비교수단과;
상기 토오크 전류 지령치와 속도보상용 전류지령치 및 검출 토오크 전류성분을 비교하고, 그 비교결과에 근거한 토오크 전압지령치를 출력하는 제2 비교수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이와 같은 본원발명은 도8 및 도9를 참조하여 설명한다.
Claims (8)
- 토크리플이 심한 부하특성을 갖는 압축기에 적용되는 모터의 속도제어장치에 있어서,속도 지령치와 이전 스텝의 속도 추정치를 소정개의 구간으로 구분하여 각 구간별로 비교하고, 그 비교결과에 근거하여 검출되는 각 구간별 속도오차를 감소시키기 위한 속도보상치를 결정하여 출력하는 속도보상수단과;상기 속도보상수단에서 출력되는 속도보상치와 속도지령치 및 현재 속도추정치를 비교하고, 그 비교결과에 근거하여 토오크 전류 지령치를 출력하는 비교수단을 포함하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 모터의 속도제어장치.
- 삭제
- 제 3항에 있어서, k는 속도오차가 작아지도록 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터의 속도제어장치.
- 토크리플이 심한 부하특성을 갖는 압축기에 적용되는 모터의 속도제어장치에 있어서,속도 지령치와 이전 스텝의 속도 추정치를 소정개의 구간으로 구분하여 각 구간별로 비교하고, 그 비교결과에 근거하여 검출되는 각 구간별 속도오차를 감소시키기 위한 속도보상치를 결정하는 속도 보상수단과;상기 속도보상치를 속도보상용 전류지령치로 생성하는 PI제어수단과;속도지령치와 현재 속도추정치를 비교하고, 그 비교결과에 근거한 토오크전류지령치를 출력하는 제1 비교수단과;상기 토오크 전류 지령치와 속도보상용 전류지령치 및 검출 토오크 전류성분을 비교하고, 그 비교결과에 근거한 토오크 전압지령치를 출력하는 제2 비교수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터의 속도제어장치.
- 삭제
- 제 7항에 있어서, k는 속도오차가 작아지도록 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터의 속도제어장치.
