Claims (6)
- 내연 기관, 특히 직접 분사식 스파크 점화 내연 기관용 흡기 시스템으로서, 1개 이상의 실린더의 경계를 이루는 실린더 헤드(14)와, 매 실린더에 1개 이상의 공기 덕트(20)가 마련되어 있는 흡기관(10)과, 매 실린더에 대하여 상기 실린더 헤드(14) 내에 배치되어 해당 실린더로 통하는 흡기구(24)를 가진 1개 이상의 흡기 포트(22)를 포함하며, 상기 흡기관(10)과 실린더 헤드(14)는 상기 흡기관(10)의 공기 덕트(20)가 상기 실린더 헤드(14)의 대응 흡기 포트(22)와 유체 연통 가능하게 결합되도록 실린더 헤드 플랜지(12)를 통해 서로 결합되며, 상기 흡기관(10)의 공기 덕트(20) 내에는 이 공기 덕트(20)의 횡단면적을 선택적으로 줄이는 플랩 밸브(32)가 배치되어 있는 내연 기관용 흡기 시스템에 있어서,상기 흡기 포트(22) 속에는 상기 실린더 헤드 플랜지(12)와 상기 흡기구(24) 사이의 예정된 영역을 따라 상기 흡기 포트(22)를 분할하는 분할벽(26)이 배치되고, 상기 플랩 밸브(32)는 상기 실린더 헤드 플랜지(12) 너머로 돌출 배치되고 상기 공기 덕트(20)의 횡단면적을 줄이는 위치에서 분할벽(26)에 접촉하도록 구성되어 있는 내연 기관용 흡기 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 흡기관(10)의 벽 속에는 상기 모든 실린더의 플랩 밸브(32)가 결합되는, 특히 용접되는 플랩 밸브 축(34)이 마련되어 있는 것인 내연 기관용 흡기 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 실린더에는 연료 분사 장치가 설치되며, 상기 흡기관(10)에는 상기 연료 분사 장치 각각을 적어도 부분적으로 수용하기 위한 각각의 수용부(46)와, 상기 연료 분사 장치용 모든 수용부(46)와 결합되는 연료 덕트(48)가 형성되어 있는 것인 내연 기관용 흡기 시스템.
- 선행항들 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 각각의 플랩 밸브(32)는 스프링 판으로서 형성되는 것인 내연 기관용 흡기 시스템.
- 선행항들 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 공기 덕트(20)와 상기 흡기 포트(22) 중 하나 이상의 벽 속에는 오목부(38)가 형성되어 있으며, 이 오목부(38)는 상기 공기 덕트(20)와 흡기 포트(22)가 충분하게 해제되어 있는 경우에 상기 플랩 밸브(32)를 적어도 부분적으로 수용하는 것인 내연 기관용 흡기 시스템.
- 선행항들 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 플랩 밸브(32)는 상기 분할벽(26)에 접촉하는 자유 단부(36)에서 예정된 각도로 만곡되어 있는 것인 내연 기관용 흡기 시스템.
