Claims (8)
- 주사선 및 신호선에 의하여 정의된 화소셀과, 상기 화소셀에 주사선 및 신호선에 전기적으로 연결되도록 형성되는 스위칭소자를 구비하는 기판을 마련하는 공정과,상기 기판의 전면을 덮는 보호막을 형성하는 공정과,상기 보호막에 상기 스위칭소자의 일 전극을 노출시키는 콘택홀을 형성하는 공정과,상기 노출된 스위칭소자의 일 전극에 연결되는 유기EL부의 애노드층을 형성하는 공정과,상기 애노드층을 포함하는 기판의 노출된 전면에 유기EL부의 유기EL층을 형성하기 위한 유기층과 유기EL부의 캐쏘드층을 형성하기 위한 금속층을 연속적으로 형성하는 제 1 공정과,상기 금속층 상에 유기EL부를 정의하는 드라이필름패턴을 형성하는 제 2 공정과,상기 드라이필름을 마스크로하여 상기 금속층과 상기 유기층을 식각하여 상기 캐쏘드층 및 유기EL층을 순차적으로 형성하는 제 3 공정과상기 드라이필름패턴을 제거하는 제 4 공정을 포함하는 전기발광소자의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 드라이필름패턴의 형성공정은,상기 금속층 상에 드라이필름을 형성하는 단계와,상기 드라이필름을 레이저 노광을 통하여 선택적으로 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 전기발광소자의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 화소셀은 상기 기판에 제1, 제2 및 제3 형으로 구분되어 다수개로 정의되어 있어서, 상기 화소셀 각각에 스위칭소자, 애노드층을 형성하고,상기 제 1 공정부터 제 4 공정을 진행하되, 상기 제 1 형 화소셀의 캐쏘드층과 유기EL층을 먼저 형성한 후에 상기 제 1 공정부터 제 4 공정을 반복실시하여 상기 제 2 형 화소셀의 캐쏘드층과 유기EL층 및 상기 제 3 형 화소셀의 캐쏘드층과 유기EL층을 순차적으로 형성하는 전기발광소자의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 캐쏘드층들을 공통으로 연결하도록 형성하는 전기발광소자의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 캐쏘드층들을 포함하는 기판의 노출된 전면을 덮는 공통전극을 형성하는 공정을 더 포함하는 전기발광소자의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 기판의 노출되 전면에 커버층을 형성하는 공정을 더 포함하는 전기발광소자의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 드라이필름패턴을 에싱작업에 의하여 제거하는 전기발광소자의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 기판의 노출된 전면에 커버층을 형성하는 공정을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기발광소자의 제조방법.
