Abstract
Description
본 발명은 상기한 선행기술의 기술한계를 극복하기 위한 일련의 연구과정에서 완성된 것으로, 그 목적은 쾌삭성을 부여하기 위해 첨가하는 Pb, Bi, S, Sn등의 저융점 원소들을 첨가하지 않으면서 이들과 유사한 쾌삭성질을 갖고 동시에 우수한 냉간가공성(또는 냉간단조성)을 확보할 수 있는 흑연강을 제조하기 위해서 흑연화 열처리를 실시할 때 흑연화 열처리 시간을 7분 이하로 대폭 단축하면서 흑연립 분포를 미세하면서 균일하게 할 수 있는 흑연강용 강선재를 제공하는 것을 그 목적으로 하고 있다.

Claims (3)
- 중량%로, C : 0.30~0.70%, Si : 2.0~4.0%, Mn : 0.1~1.0%, P : 0.01~0.15%, S : 0.01%이하, Se : 0.001~0.05%, Ti : 0.001~0.03%, B : 0.001~0.003%, Al : 0.002~0.03%, N : 0.004~0.008%, O : 0.005% 이하를 함유하고, 잔부 Fe 및 기타 불순물로 이루어지는 흑연강용 강재로서,상기 Ti, N, B 및 Al이 하기 관계식 1을 만족하고, Mn, Se 및 S가 하기 관계식 2를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흑연화 처리성이 우수한 흑연강용 강재.단, 하기 관계식 1 및 관계식 2의 Ti, N, B, Al, Mn, Se 및 S는 각각 해당원소의 중량%를 의미한다.[관계식 1]2.0≤(Ti+5B+Al)/N≤5.5[관계식 2]1.0≤(Mn/5+Se)/5S≤3.0
- 제 1 항에 있어서, Ni : 0.05~1.0%, Cu : 0.01~0.5%, Ca : 0.0001~0.05%, Zr : 0.0005~0.008%, REM(Rare Earth Metal, 희토류금속) : 0.001~0.05%으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흑연화 처리성이 우수한 흑연강용 강재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 강재의 내부 조직 중 초석 페라이트의 분율이 10%이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 흑연화 처리성이 우수한 흑연강용 강재.
