Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 절연 기판; 및상기 절연 기판상에 형성된 제1전극, 적어도 유기 발광층을 포함하는 유기막층 및 제2전극을 포함하며,상기 제1전극의 하부 영역에 하나 이상의 홀이 뚫여 있거나, 하나 이상의 섬형태의 패턴으로 형성되어 있는 반사막을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 절연 기판상에 소정 영역에 박막트랜지스터, 캐패시터, 스캔 라인, 데이터 라인 및 전원 공급라인이 더 형성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반사막은 Al, Ag 또는 이들의 합금 중 어느 하나 이상을 이용하여 형성함을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 홀 또는 패턴의 수가 많아 질수록 발광 영역의 표면적이 증가함을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 홀 또는 패턴의 형상은 원 또는 다각형임을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 홀 또는 패턴의 크기가 하나 단위 화소에서 서로 다름을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 홀 또는 패턴의 크기가 하나의 단위 화소 내에서는 서로 같으나 단위 화소별로는 다름을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유기 전계 발광 소자의 R, G 및 B 중 적어도 하나 이상의 홀 또는 패턴의 크기가 같지 않음을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
- 절연 기판을 준비하는 단계;상기 절연 기판상에 반사막 형성 물질을 형성하는 단계;상기 반사막 형성 물질을 패터닝하여 홀을 갖는 반사막을 형성하거나, 섬형태의 패턴으로 반사막을 형성하는 단계;상기 기판상에 제1전극을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 기판상에 적어도 유기 발광층을 포함하는 유기막층 및 제2전극을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 반사막 형성 물질을 형성하는 단계 이전에,상기 절연 기판상에 박막트랜지스터, 캐패시터, 스캔 라인, 데이터 라인 및 공통전원라인을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 반사막 형성 물질은 Al, Ag 또는 이들의 합금 중 어느 하나 이상을 이용하여 형성함을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자 제조 방법.
