- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 불투과층은 5nm 미만의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기적으로 제어 가능한 시스템.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 본질적으로 금속성인(essentially metallic) 상기 전기 전도층(3)은 은 또는 금을 원료로 선택되고, 적어도 하나의 표면에 또한 본질적으로 강철 또는 NiCr 합금 형태인 금속성의 박막 보호층이 제공된 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기적으로 제어 가능한 시스템.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 본질적으로 금속성인(essentially metallic) 상기 전기 전도층은 금-티타늄 합금을 원료로 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기적으로 제어 가능한 시스템.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 산소 투과 폴리머 물질을 원료로 한 시트(25)는 ASTM-D1434 규격에 따라 적어도 10cm3/cm2/mm/cmHg의 산소 투과성을 갖고, 폴리카보네이트 족에 속하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기적으로 제어 가능한 시스템.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 산소 투과 폴리머 물질을 원료로 한 시트(25)는 상기 기능 필름(21)을 보호하고 운반체 기판으로서 작용하며 다중 또는 적층 창유리 유닛으로 결합시 적층 또는 조립을 허용하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기적으로 제어 가능한 시스템.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 산소 투과 폴리머 물질을 원료로 한 시트(25)는, 적층 창유리 구조에서 주변 배출 수단을 제공하거나, 다중 창유리 구조에서 중간 가스층(31)과 접하도록 배치함으로써, 회복될 수 있는 산소 공급원과 적어도 부분적으로 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기적으로 제어 가능한 시스템.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 전기적으로 제어 가능한 시스템은 강성 기판(8)/중간 시트(6)/보호 시트(4)/전기 전도층(1,2,3)을 구비한 기능 필름/보호 시트(5)/중간 시트(들)(10,11)/강성 기판(9)의 순서를 포함하는 적층 창유리 유닛 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기적으로 제어 가능한 시스템.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 전기적으로 제어 가능한 시스템은 강성 기판(27)/중간 시트(들)(26,28)/보호 시트(24)/전기 전도층(21,22,23)을 구비한 기능 필름/보호 시트(25)/중간 가스층(31)/강성 기판(32)의 순서를 포함하는 다중 창유리 유닛 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기적으로 제어 가능한 시스템.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 전기적으로 제어 가능한 시스템은 각 면에 상기 전기 전도층과 보호층(33,36)을 구비한 상기 기능 필름(31)이, 주변에 있는 두 개의 상기 강성 기판(45,46,48) 사이에 위치한 웨지, 프레임 또는 스페이서(spacer) 형태의 적절한 기계 수단에 의해, 상기 창유리 유닛의 상기 두 개의 강성 기판을 분리시키는 상기 중간 가스층에 단단히 고정된 다중 창유리 유닛 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기적으로 제어 가능한 시스템.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 창유리 유닛은 개방 가능하고, 상기 기능 필름은 제거 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기적으로 제어 가능한 시스템.

- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 전기적으로 제어 가능한 시스템은 상기 강성 기판 중 적어도 하나를 추가 강성 기판에 적층시키고, 또는 상기 기능 필름을 보호하는 시트와 상기 강성 기판 중 한 기판 사이에 위치한, 폴리비닐 부티랄(PolyVinyl Butyral; PVB), 폴리우레탄(PolyUrethane; PU) 또는 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트(Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate; EVA) 형태의 폴리머를 원료로 한 적어도 하나의 필터 중간 시트(7, 11; 26, 28; 29, 30)를 포함한 UV 필터를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기적으로 제어 가능한 시스템.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 액정은 상기 매질에 분산된 물방울 형태이고, 상기 색선별 염료는 상기 물방울에 용해되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기적으로 제어 가능한 시스템.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 색선별 염료는 디아조퀴논(diazoquinone) 유도체 또는 안트라퀴논(anthraquinone) 유도체 족으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기적으로 제어 가능한 시스템.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 액정에 대한 상기 색선별 염료의 중량%는 0.1 내지 3%인 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기적으로 제어 가능한 시스템.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 매질은 용매에 제조되고, 액상으로 증착된 폴리우레탄 족과 폴리비닐-알코올 족 중 적어도 하나의 폴리머를 상기 용매에 대해 15 내지 50 중량%의 비율로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기적으로 제어 가능한 시스템.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 채색효과를 가진(with colorant effect) 상기 편광 입자 또는 상기 액정은 직경이 0.5 내지 3㎛인 물방울 형태이고, 상기 용매를 제외한 매질에 대해 150 내지 200 중량%의 비율로 상기 매질에 분산되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기적으로 제어 가능한 시스템.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 액정은 폴리우레탄 유액을 원료로 한 매질에서 직경이 약 2.5㎛인 물방울 형태이고, 폴리비닐 알코올을 원료로 한 매질에서는 직경이 약 1㎛인 물방울 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기적으로 제어 가능한 시스템.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 전기적으로 제어 가능한 시스템은 분산 상태와 투과 상태 사이에서 콘트라스트(C)가 약 3인 것을 특징으로 하는, 전기적으로 제어 가능한 시스템.
- 가변 광 산란 및 가변 광 투과 기능을 갖는 전기적으로 제어 가능한 창유리 유닛 또는 디스플레이 스크린에, 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 기재된 시스템을 사용하는 방법.
