- 도 1의 참조 사람 텔로머라제를 암호화하도록 스플라이싱될 수 있는 유전자 서열의 스플라이스 변이체로서,(b) 도 1A - 1E의 1950번 뉴클레오타이드 이후에 선택적 인트론/엑손 1(도 10에 제시된 서열 1의 아미노산 서열)을 암호화하는 핵산 서열의 삽입;(c) 도 1A - 1E의 2131번 뉴클레오타이드 부터 2166번 뉴클레오타이드 까지의 결실;(d) 도 1A - 1E의 2287번 뉴클레오타이드 부터 2468번 뉴클레오타이드 까지의 결실;(e) 도 1A - 1E의 2843번 뉴클레오타이드 이후 5'말단에 도 10에 제시된 서열 2의 뉴클레오타이드 1번 내지 226번으로 이루어진 핵산 서열의 삽입; 및(f) 도 1A - 1E의 3157번 뉴클레오타이드 이후 선택적 인트론/엑손 3(도 10에 제시된 서열 3의 아미노산 서열)을 암호화하는 핵산 서열의 삽입중 1 내지 5개의 삽입 또는 결실을 가지며, 도 1A - 1E에 제시된 아미노산 서열을 암호화하지 않는 스플라이스 변이체를 암호화하는 분리된 핵산 분자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 도 11A, 11B-C, 11D-E, 11J-K, 11L-M, 11N-O, 11P-Q, 11R-S 또는 11T-U에 나타낸 아미노산 서열 중 하나를 암호화하는 핵산 분자.
