Abstract
Description
탄성도를 적절하게 선택함으로써, 중간피복은 스트랜드들이 중간피복에 대해 상대적으로 움직이게 하지 않고 인접한 스트랜드들의 종방향으로의 다양한 이동 (differing movement) 을 흡수할 수 있으며, 이로부터 로프의 유연성 및 역굽힘하에서의 특성에 있어서의 장점이 얻어진다.
Claims (7)
- 함께 꼬여진 하중 지탱 합성 섬유 스트랜드들 (2, 4, 7, 10) 의 내부 및 외부 동심층 및, 상기 스트랜드들의 내부 층들 (5, 8) 을 둘러싸며 상기 스트랜드들의 내부 층들 (5, 8) 과 상기 스트랜드들의 외부 층 (12) 사이에 위치한 관 형상의 중간피복 (13) 을 구비하는 합성 섬유 로프로서,상기 중간피복 (13) 은 인접한 상기 스트랜드들의 층들 (8, 12) 의 외곽 윤곽에 맞춰진 피복 표면들을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 합성 섬유 로프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 스트랜드들 (4, 7, 10) 과 상기 중간피복 (13) 사이의 마찰계수 (μ) 가 0.15 보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 섬유 로프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 중간피복 (13) 의 전체 신장(伸張)이 상기 스트랜드들 (4, 7, 10) 상호간의 상대적인 최대 이동보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 섬유 로프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 피복 표면들이 종방향 홈을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 섬유 로프.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 종방향 홈들 (18, 19) 이 나선 형상이며, 상기 피복의 외부 표면 상에서의 상기 나선의 방향 (11) 은 상기 피복의 내부 표면 상에서의 상기 종방향 홈(19) 의 나선의 방향 (3) 과 반대인 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 섬유 로프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 피복의 두께 (20) 는 가장 얇은 곳에서 0.1㎜ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 합성 섬유 로프.
- 견인 쉬브 또는 로프 드럼에 의해 구동되는 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 합성 섬유 로프를 갖는 엘리베이터 장치.
