Claims (32)
- 열가소성 수지 또는 열경화성 수지(a) 및금속 실리케이트 및 금속 설페이트로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 무기 기공 막힘 억제제(inorganic, anti-loading agent)(b)로 본질적으로 이루어진 층으로 오버사이즈(oversize) 코팅된 연마재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속 실리케이트가 규산마그네슘, 규산알루미늄칼륨, 규산알루미늄 및 규산칼슘으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 연마재.
- 제2항에 있어서, 규산마그네슘이 활석을 포함하는 연마재.
- 제2항에 있어서, 규산알루미늄칼륨이 운모를 포함하는 연마재.
- 제2항에 있어서, 규산알루미늄이 점토를 포함하는 연마재.
- 제2항에 있어서, 규산칼슘이 규회석을 포함하는 연마재.

- 제1항에 있어서, 기공 막힘 억제제의 입자가, 연마포지를 사용하여 페인팅된 표면을 연마하여 마모된 절삭 지스러기(swarf)가 생성되면, 이러한 절삭 지스러기 입자와 결합하여 이들 절삭 지스러기 입자의 응집을 억제하는 기공 막힘 억제제 입자가 방출되도록 하는 크기를 갖는 연마재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연마포지 및 복합 연마재로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 연마재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 층이 금속 실리케이트 및 금속 설페이트로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 무기 기공 막힘 억제제와 열가소성 수지로 본질적으로 이루어지는 연마재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지가 라텍스를 포함하는 연마재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열경화성 수지가 우레아 포름알데하이드, 페놀계, 에폭시, 우레탄 및 방사선 경화성 수지 시스템으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 연마재.
- 제1 표면을 갖는 배면 층(a),복수 개의 연마 입자가 배면 층의 제1 표면에 침착된 연마재 층(b) 및열가소성 수지 또는 열경화성 수지와 금속 실리케이트 및 금속 설페이트로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 무기 기공 막힘 억제제로 본질적으로 이루어지고 연마재 층 위에 침착되어 있는 층(c)을 포함하는 연마재.

- 제22항에 있어서, 금속 실리케이트가 규산마그네슘, 규산알루미늄칼륨, 규산알루미늄 및 규산칼슘으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 연마재.
- 제21항에 있어서, 기공 막힘 억제제의 입자 크기가, 페인팅된 표면을 연마포지를 사용하여 연마함에 따라 연마된 절삭 지스러기(swarf)가 생성되면, 기공 막힘 억제제의 입자들이 방출되어 절삭 지스러기 입자들과 결합함으로써 절삭 지스러기 입자들의 응집을 억제하게 되는 크기인, 연마재.
- 복수 개의 연마재 입자를 배면 층의 제1 표면에 부착시키는 단계(a) 및열가소성 수지 또는 열경화성 수지(i) 및 금속 실리케이트 및 금속 설페이트로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 기공 막힘 억제제(ii)로 본질적으로 이루어진 층을 연마재 입자 위에 침착시키는 단계(b)를 포함하는, 연마재의 형성방법.
- 제25항에 있어서, 금속 실리케이트가 규산마그네슘, 규산알루미늄칼륨, 규산알루미늄 및 규산칼슘으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제26항에 있어서, 규산마그네슘이 활석을 포함하는 방법.
- 제25항에 있어서, 단계(b)에서 층을 침착시키기 전에, 열가소성 수지 또는 열경화성 수지를 포함하는 중간 층을 연마재 입자 위에 침착시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제25항에 있어서, 기공 막힘 억제제가 주로 연마재의 연마 표면 위에 존재하도록 연마재의 연마 표면을 형성하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제25항에 있어서, 기공 막힘 억제제를 열가소성 수지 또는 열경화성 수지 속에 분산시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
