Claims (2)
- 레이저 다이오드, 모니터 포토 다이오드, 렌즈, 아이솔레이터 및 리셉터클로 구성된 송신용 광보조 조립부(1)와, 핀포토 다이오드, 증폭기, 렌즈 및 리셉터클로 구성된 수신용 광보조 조립부(2), 열을 발생시키는 전자소자(3), 이 전자소자(3)가 부착된 인쇄회로 기판(4), 이들이 탑재되는 메탈 하우징(5), 이 메탈 하우징(5)을 덮는 캡(6)으로 이루어진 광 트랜시버 구조에 있어서,상기 인쇄회로 기판(4)에 부착된 전자소자(3)와 메탈 하우징(5)의 캡(6) 사이에는 히트 파이프(7)가 서멀 테이프(8)를 매개로 설치되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 광 트랜시버.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 히트 파이프(7)와 캡(6) 사이에는 이 히트 파이프(7)를 부착하고 높이를 맞추기 위한 서멀 테이프(8)가 설치되는데, 상기 서멀 테이프(8)는 서멀 에폭시(Thermal epoxy) 또는 솔더(Solder) 등으로 대체될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 트랜시버.
