Claims (7)
- (A) (a) 15∼65중량%의 말레이미드계 단량체 단위와 (b) 85∼35중량%의 방향족 비닐계 단량체 및 통상적으로 이용되는 비닐계 단량체로 부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 단량체 단위(단량체 단위 (a)와 (b)의 총량은 100중량%)를 포함하는 20∼90중량부의 말레이미드계 공중합체,(B) 방향족 비닐계 단량체 및 통상적으로 이용되는 비닐계 단량체로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 하나 이상 단량체를 고무 중합체의 존재하에서 중합함에 의해 수득된 80-10 중량부의 그래프트 중합체, 및(C) 0-100 중량부의 열가소성수지를 포함하는 열가소성수지 조성물이고,여기서, 상기 수지조성물은 미반응 말레이미드계 단량체는 10ppm 이하이며, 상기 말레이미드계 단량체 이외의 휘발성 성분이 전체 휘발량으로 0.5중량% 이하이고, 상기 말레이미드계 공중합체의 구성성분 이외의 화합물과 상기 말레이미드계 단량체와의 부가체를 열가소성 수지 조성물 중에 1 내지 3,000 ppm 함유하며, 이 구성성분 이외의 화합물이 공역디엔계 화합물 또는 반응에 의해 공역디엔계 화합물을 생성하는 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성수지 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 말레이미드계 단량체는 N-페닐말레이미드이고, 상기 방향족 비닐계 단량체는 스티렌이고, 상기 통상적으로 이용되는 비닐계 단량체는 아크릴로니트릴인것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성수지 조성물.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서, 구성 성분 이외의 화합물이 1,3-부타디엔, 이소프렌, 클로로펜, 시클로펜타디엔, 1,3-시클로헥사디엔, 퓨란 또는 안트라센인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 말레이미드계 단량체, 방향족 비닐계 단량체와 통상적으로 이용되는 비닐계 단량체로 부터 선택된 적어도 1종 이상의 단량체를 포함하는 단량체를 중합하여 이들의 단량체 단위를 구성성분으로 함유하는 말레이미드계 공중합체를 얻고, 얻어진 말레이미드계 공중합체에 공역디엔계 화합물 또는 반응에 의해 공역 디엔계 화합물을 생성하는 화합물, 방향족 비닐계 단량체 및 통상적으로 이용되는 비닐계 단량체로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 하나 이상 단량체를 고무 중합체의 존재하에서 중합함에 의해 수득된 그래프트 중합체를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구항1에 기재된 열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 청구항 4에 있어서, 말레이미드계 단량체, 방향족 비닐계 단량체와 통상적으로 이용되는 비닐계 단량체로 부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 단량체를 포함하는 단량체를 중합하여 이들의 단량체 단위를 구성성분으로 하는 말레이미드계 공중합체를 얻고, 얻어진 말레이미드계 공중합체와, 방향족 비닐계 단량체 및 통상적으로 이용되는 비닐계 단량체로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 적어도 하나 이상 단량체를 고무 중합체의 존재하에서 중합함에 의해 수득된 그래프트 중합체를 혼합하여 용융혼련시킬 때 공역디엔계 화합물 또는 반응에 의해 공역 디엔계 화합물을 생성하는 화합물을 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 청구항 4 또는 5에 있어서, 상기 공역디엔계 화합물 또는 반응에 의해 공역 디엔계 화합물을 생성하는 화합물이 디시클로펜타디엔인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 청구항 4 또는 5에 있어서, 상기 제조방법은 열가소성 수지를 첨가하는 것을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성수지 조성물의 제조방법.
