Claims (9)
- 회전중심이 될 허브(14)와, 이 허브(14)의 외주면에 배치됨과 동시에 전연(13a) 및 후연(13b)의 외주끝단(R)이 회전방향 전방에 위치하는 복수의 날개(13, 13, 13)를 구비하여 이루어지는 송풍기(4)에 있어서,상기 각 날개(13, 13, 13)는, 각각 그 외주부(13c)가, 기류 누출이 시작되는 기점을 형성하도록 흡입 쪽으로 굴곡되며 또 이 굴곡부의 반경방향 폭(W)이, 상기 전연(13a) 부근에서 후연(13b) 부근에 걸쳐 점차 커지도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 송풍기.
- 제1항에 있어서,굴곡부의 반경방향 폭(W)은, 당해 날개(13)의 허브 쪽 기단(S)에서 반경방향 외주끝단(R)까지 길이(La)의 25% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 송풍기.
- 제1항에 있어서,임의의 날개반경(r)의 익현선(C)에서, 이 익현선(C) 길이를 Lo, 이 익현선(C) 상의 임의의 점을 P, 날개 전연(13a)으로부터 이 임의의 점(P)까지의 길이를 L로 하는 한편, 날개(13)의 허브 쪽 기단(S)에서 외주끝단(R)에 걸쳐 상기 길이(L)와 길이(Lo)의 비(L/Lo)가 일정해지는 상기 임의의 점(P)을 통과하는 반경방향의 곡선을 K로 하며, 또 이 곡선(K)을 회전중심축(O)을 포함하는 평면에 대해 회 전 투영시킨 곡선(K')에서, 날개(13)의 외주부(13c)가 흡입 쪽으로 구부러지기 시작하는 점(Q)과 날개(13)의 외주끝단(R)을 연결하는 직선(Q-R)과, 상기 점(Q)보다 날개(13) 내주 쪽의 곡선(K')의 상기 점(Q)에서의 접선(A-A')이 이루는 각도를 굴곡각도(θ)로 했을 때,이 굴곡각도(θ)를 날개(13) 외주끝단(R)의 전연(13a) 부근에서 후연(13b) 부근에 걸쳐 점차로 변화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 송풍기.
- 제3항에 있어서,곡선(K')이 허브 쪽 기단(S)으로부터 외주끝단(R)까지의 사이에서, 직선형상인 내주부와, 흡입 쪽으로 볼록형상인 중앙부와, 흡입 쪽으로 구부러진 외주부를 구비하며, 전체적으로 갈고리 형태를 이루도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 송풍기.
- 제3항에 있어서,곡선(K')이 허브 쪽 기단(S)으로부터 외주끝단(R)까지의 사이에서, 흡입 쪽으로 오목형상인 내주부와, 흡입 쪽으로 볼록형상인 중앙부와, 흡입 쪽으로 구부러진 외주부를 구비하며, 전체적으로 갈고리형태를 이루도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 송풍기.
- 제3항, 제4항, 또는 제5항에 있어서,곡선(K') 상의, 날개 외주부(13c)의 굴곡부와, 회전중심축(O)에 직교하는 평면과 이루는 각도(θ2)가 90도 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 송풍기.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,날개 외주끝단(R)의 날개 압력면(13d) 쪽에만 곡면이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 송풍기.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 곡면의 곡률반경(r')이, 날개차의 외주 부근에서의 날개(13) 두께를 t로 했을 때, t 이상 3t 이하로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 송풍기.
- 공기조화기용 실외기에 있어서, 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 송풍기가 조립된 공기조화기용 실외기.
