Claims (1)
- 금속외피를 조관하고 내부에 플럭스를 충전시킨 후, 금속파이프 형태로 제조하고 신선공정을 통하여 완성되는 가스 실드 아크 용접용 플럭스 코어드 와이어에 있어서,플럭스가 충전된 상태에서 측정한 진인장강도의 범위와 플럭스가 충전되지 않은 상태에서 측정한 진인장강도의 범위의 비가, 하기 식(1)인 것을 특징으로 가스 실드 아크 용접용 플럭스 코어드 와이어.1.4 ≤ (Rrcts/Ructs) ≤ 4.0 ··········· 식(1)단, Rrcts : Range of tensile strength of real cross section(플럭스가 충전된 상태의 진인장강도의 범위),Ructs : Range of tensile strength of unpacked cross section(플럭스가 충전되지 않은 상태의 진인장강도의 범위)
