Abstract
Description
본 발명에서 사용되는 바인더는 변성 에틸렌 아크릴레이트수지로서, 수용성으로 강판에 박막으로 코팅이 가능하고 첨가제들과의 상용성, 건조조건, 강판과의 접착유지, 유연성 및 단단한 표면 유지능력 등을 만족시키는 수지타입은 적용이 가능하므로 이용가능한 수지타입은 무수히 많을 수 있으며, 일반적으로 사용되는 변성 에틸렌 아크릴레이트수지를 적용하여도 무방하다.

Claims (5)
- 용접성 및 성형성이 우수한 박막수지코팅용액 및 이를 이용한 박막수지피복강판의 제조방법에 있어서,변성 에틸렌 아크릴레이트수지를 바인더로 한 용액에 각각의 고형분비로서 멜라민수지 또는 이소시안계 경화제를 3~30 중량부, 수지코팅층의 전도성을 향상시키기 위한 전도성 향상 분말과 수가용성의 금속산화물을 2~35 중량부, 불소수지 변성 폴리올레핀계와 폴리에틸렌계 윤활제를 1종 이상 혼합하여 5~30 중량부, 수성 실리카 또는 퓸드 실리케이트 20~100중량부를 각각 배합한 다음 코팅용액의 최종 고형분이 5~30중량%가 되도록 순수를 혼합한 용액으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 박막수지코팅용액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전도성 향상 분말은 이산화 티타늄, 산화주석, 안티몬, 비정질 실리카 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 박막수지코팅용액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수가용성 금속산화물은 아연, 니켈, 몰리브덴, 텅스텐, 알루미늄, 코발트 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 박막수지코팅용액.
- 변성 에틸렌 아크릴레이트수지를 바인더로 한 용액에 각각의 고형분비로서 멜라민수지 또는 이소시안계 경화제를 3~30 중량부, 수지코팅층의 전도성을 향상시키기 위한 전도성 향상 분말과 수가용성의 금속산화물을 2~35 중량부, 불소수지 변성 폴리올레핀계와 폴리에틸렌계 윤활제를 1종 이상 혼합하여 5~30 중량부, 수성 실리카 또는 퓸드 실리케이트 20~100중량부를 각각 배합한 다음 코팅용액의 최종 고형분이 5~30중량%가 되도록 순수를 혼합한 용액으로 이루어진 박막수지코팅용액을 제조하는 단계;상기 박막수지코팅용액을 이용하여 크로메이트피막 처리된 도금강판에 롤 또는 스프레이 또는 침지코팅을 실시한 다음 건조후 수지필름의 부착량이 1~5㎛가 되도록 코팅한 뒤, 강판온도를 기준으로 120~200oC로 소부 건조 및 냉각을 실시하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접성 및 성형성이 향상된 박막수지피복강판의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 도금강판은 전기아연도금강판, 용융아연도금강판, 합금도금강판 중에서 선택된 1종으로 이루진 것을 특징으로 하는 용접성 및 성형성이 향상된 박막수지피복강판의 제조방법.
