Claims (14)
- 우레탄계 수지 및 아크릴계 수지를 1:3 내지 3:1의 중량비로 혼합한 수지 혼합물 1.0~20.0 중량%, 상기 수지 혼합물 100 중량부 당 0.5~20.0 중량부의 수용성 전도성 고분자, 경화제 0.1~10.0 중량%, 유기 티타네이트 및 유기 지르코네이트로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 최소 1종 이상의 유기-금속 산화물 1~10.0 중량%, pH 7.0~10.0인 콜로이달 실리카 및 금속 실리케이트 화합물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 최소 1종 이상의 실리케이트 혼합물 1.0~25.0 중량%, 벤토나이트계 및 몬모나이트계로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 최소 1종 이상의 나노클레이 0.05 내지 5.0중량% 및 용매를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강판의 표면 처리용 용액 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 전도성 고분자는 폴리피롤(Polypyrrol), 폴리아닐린 (Polyaniline) 및 PEDOT[Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)]로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강판의 표면 처리용 용액 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 수지 혼합물, 실리케이트 혼합물, 유기-금속 산화물 또는 수용성 전도성 고분자는 물 또는 알콜에 분산된 형태로 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강판의 표면 처리용 용액 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 용매는 물 또는 알코올이 1~20 중량%로 첨가된 물인 것을 특징으로 하는 강판의 표면 처리용 용액 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 경화제는 알킬화 멜라민 경화제 또는 포름알데히드 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 강판의 표면 처리용 용액 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 나노클레이와 함께 물, 알코올, 및 물과 알코올의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 용제 100 중량부 당 0.5~2.0 중량부의 2-아미노-2-메틸-1프로파놀을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강판의 표면 처리용 용액 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 벤토나이트 및 몬모나이트계로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 최소 1종 이상의 나노클레이, 또는 2-아미노-2-메틸-1프로파놀이 첨가된 상기 나노클레이는 물, 알코올, 또는 물과 알코올의 혼합물에 분산된 형태로 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강판의 표면 처리용 용액 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 용액 조성물은 분산제 및 소포제로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 최소 하나의 첨가제를 각각 0.1~3.0 중량% 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강판의 표면 처리용 용액 조성물.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 분산제는 폴리에테르 변성 폴리디메틸실록산 및 수산화 카르복실산 에스테르로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 최소 1종 이상이며, 상기 소포제는 실록산계 소포제인 것을 특징으로 하는 강판의 표면 처리용 용액 조성물.
- 청구항 제1항에 있어서, 상기 강판은 실리콘, 동, 마그네슘, 철, 망간, 티탄, 아연 또는 이들의 혼합물을 첨가한 알루미늄 합금판, 냉연강판, 아연도금강판, 아연계 전기도금강판, 용융아연도금강판, 알루미늄도금강판, 도금층에 이종금속 또는 불순물로서 코발트, 몰리브덴, 텅스텐, 니켈, 티탄, 알루미늄, 망간, 철, 마그네슘, 주석, 동 또는 이들의 혼합물을 함유한 도금강판, 인산염이 도포된 아연도금강판, 및 열연강판으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강판의 표면 처리용 용액 조성물.
- 청구항 제1항 내지 제5항 및 제7항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항의 용액 조성물을 건조 도막 두께가 0.05~1.5 μm이 되도록 강판에 도포하고, 60 ~ 160℃로 소부한 후, 공냉 또는 수냉하는 수지피복 강판 전처리층 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 청구항 제1항 내지 제5항 및 제7항 내지 제 10항 중 어느 한 항의 용액 조성물을 건조 도막 두께가 0.05~1.5μm이 되도록 강판에 도포하고, 60 ~ 160℃로 소부한 후, 공냉 또는 수냉하여 제조된 전처리층을 포함하는 수지피복 강판.
