Claims (4)
- 병렬로 연결한 캐리어 증폭기와 피킹 증폭기의 최종 출력에 쿼터 웨이브 트랜스포머를 연결하여 도허티 동작이 일어나게 하는 초고주파 도허티 증폭기에 있어서:상기 캐리어 증폭기의 출력에 연결되어 고주파 출력 정합을 이루는 제 1 로드 정합 회로와,상기 피킹 증폭기의 출력에 연결되어 고주파 출력 정합을 이루는 제 2 로드 정합 회로와,상기 제 1 로드 정합 회로의 후단에 연결되어 높은 전력 레벨에서 낮은 전력 레벨로 변화할 때에 상기 캐리어 증폭기의 로드 임피던스를 변조시키는 제 1 위상 튜닝 성분과,상기 제 2 로드 정합 회로의 후단에 연결되어 낮은 전력 레벨에서 상기 피킹 증폭기가 높은 출력 임피던스를 갖도록 하는 제 2 위상 튜닝 성분을 포함하는 초고주파 도허티 증폭기의 출력 정합 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 위상 튜닝 성분은, 상기 제 1 로드 정합 회로의 후단에 소정 위상의 임피던스 라인을 연결하는 것을 특징으로 한 초고주파 도허티 증폭기의 출력 정합 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 위상 튜닝 성분은, 상기 제 2 로드 정합 회로의 후단에 소정 위상의 임피던스 라인을 연결하는 것을 특징으로 한 초고주파 도허티 증폭기의 출력 정합 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 위상 튜닝 성분과 상기 쿼터 웨이브 트랜스포머와 상기 제 2 위상 튜닝 성분간의 위상 차이를 보상하기 위하여 그 차만큼의 위상 지연선로를 상기 피킹 증폭기의 전단에 연결하는 것을 특징으로 한 초고주파 도허티 증폭기의 출력 정합 장치.
