Claims (8)
- 전도성 기판 상에 하기 화학식(Ⅰ)의 프탈로시아닌 화합물인 전하발생재와 전하수송재를 결합제중에 함유시켜 전하발생능과 전하수송능을 겸비한 전하발생 수송 층이 복수층으로 적층되어 있는 감광층을 구비한 전자사진 감광체에 있어서, 감광층의 상층이 하층보다 전하발생재의 함유율이 높은 전하발생 수송 층이 적층되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 감광체:(화학식 1)상기 식에서M은 TiO, 2H 또는 Cu 중 어느 하나를 나타내고,R1, R2, R3 및 R4는 각각 수소 또는 메틸기 중 어느 하나를 나타내며,k, l, m 및 n은 각각 정수 0, 1, 2 또는 3 중 어느 하나를 나타낸다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 감광층의 최상층이 되는 전하발생 수송 층의 전하발생재의 함유율이 그 전하발생 수송 층의 전체 고형분의 25중량% 이하임을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 감광체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 감광층을 형성하는 전하발생 수송 층 중 하층측에 있는 하나의 전하발생 수송 층의 전하발생재의 함유율이 감광층 전체 막 두께에 대한 최하층으로부터 상기 하나의 전하발생 수송 층까지의 막 두께의 합의 비와 최상층의 전하발생재의 함유율과의 곱 이하임을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 감광체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 프탈로시아닌 화합물이 무금속 프탈로시아닌임을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 감광체.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 무금속 프탈로시아닌이 X형 무금속 프탈로시아닌임을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 감광체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 프탈로시아닌 화합물이 티타닐프탈로시아닌임을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 감광체.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 티타닐프탈로시아닌이 X선 회절에서 브랙 회절각 2θ=27.2± 0.2도에서 최대 피크를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 감광체.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 티타닐프탈로시아닌이 X선 회절에서 브랙 회절각 2θ=9.6± 0.2도에서 최대 피크를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 감광체.
