Claims (21)
- 사용시에 본 소켓(50)쪽으로 향하는 상부와 회전축(A)을 따라 상기 상부로부터 축방향으로 이격된 기부를 갖는 절삭 헤드(10)를 포함하고, 상기 절삭 헤드(10)는 회전축(A)을 중심으로 한 절삭 헤드(10)의 회전중에 소켓(50)으로부터 재료를 제거하기 위한 절삭 수단(24, 44)을 구비하는, 관골구 공동 등의 본 소켓(50)을 성형하기 위한 리머에 있어서,상기 절삭 수단(24, 44)은,기부로부터 상부를 향한 방향으로 각각 연장되는 다수의 비교적 긴 주 절삭 에지(24)와,절삭 헤드(10)의 기부에 위치하고 회전축(A)을 중심으로 소정 각으로 이격된 간격으로 분포하고 상기 다수의 주 절삭 에지(24)의 수보다 많은 수로 된 비교적 짧은 주연 절삭 에지(44)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리머.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주연 절삭 에지(44)의 수가 상기 주 절삭 에지(24)의 수의 2배 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 리머.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 절삭 헤드(10)가 돔형의 부분(12)을 포함하며, 이 돔형 부분의 극 영역(18)이 절삭 헤드(10)의 상기 상부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리머.
- 제3항에 있어서, 절삭 헤드(10)의 상기 돔형 부분(12)이 반구형 돔 형태를 취하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리머.
- 제3항에 있어서, 절삭 헤드(10)의 상기 돔형 부분이 기부 부분에서 절삭된 반구형 돔 형태를 취하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리머.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 주 절삭 에지(24) 각각이 돔의 기부 구역(18)으로부터 돔의 극 영역으로 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리머.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 주 절삭 에지(24) 중 적어도 하나는 축(A)이 돔과 교차하는 지점까지 계속 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리머.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 주 절삭 에지(24) 각각이 회전축(A)에 대하여 각각의 반경방향 평면에 놓이는 것을 특징으로 하는 리머.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 주연 절삭 에지(44) 중 일부가 주 절삭 에지(24)의 단부 부분들에 의해 형성되고, 주연 절삭 에지(44) 중 나머지는 개개의 절삭 에지가 주 절삭 에지(24)로부터 분리됨으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리머.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 각각의 주 절삭 에지(24)가 절삭 헤드(10)의 상부와 기부 사이에서 연장되어 이들을 상호 연결하는 대응 레그(22)에 의해 형성되고, 재료 수용 개구(46)가 절삭된 재료를 절삭 헤드의 내부 챔버 안으로 안내하기 위해 레그(22)들 사이에 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 리머.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 절삭 헤드(10)의 기부가 회전축(A)과 동심이고 이에 평행한 원통형 외주연 표면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 리머.
- 제11항에 있어서, 절삭 헤드(10)의 원통형 외주연 표면(38)은 어떠한 절삭 효과도 갖지 않고 다만 경사 방지 안내 효과만 갖도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 리머.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 주 절삭 에지(24)의 수가 2배 또는 그 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 리머.
- 제13항에 있어서, 주 절삭 에지(24)가 회전축(A)을 중심으로 대칭형으로 분포된 것을 특징으로 하는 리머.
- 제13항에 있어서, 주 절삭 에지(24)가 회전축(A)을 중심으로 비대칭형으로 분포된 것을 특징으로 하는 리머.
