Claims (5)
- 전해질층과, 그 사이에 상기 전해질층을 개재하는 한쌍의 가스 확산 전극층들과, 상기 가스 확산 전극층들과 접촉하는 연료 및 산화제 가스들을 위한 통로들을 한정하기 위한 한쌍의 흐름 분배 플레이트들을 구비하는 적어도 하나의 전지를 구비하며,온도와, 가스 유량 및 가스 압력을 구성하는 그룹중 적어도 하나의 요소를 검출하기 위한 히터 및/또는 센서는 상기 흐름 분배 플레이트들중 적어도 하나와 일체로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 전지 조립체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 센서 및/또는 히터는 소정 패턴으로 박막 물질을 증착함으로써 상기 흐름 분배 플레이트상에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 전지 조립체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,각 흐름 분배 플레이트는 기판상에 에칭 공정을 수행함으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 전지 조립체.
- 전해질층과, 그 사이에 상기 전해질층을 개재하는 한쌍의 가스 확산 전극층들과, 상기 가스 확산 전극층들과 접촉하는 연료 및 산화제 가스들을 위한 통로들을 한정하기 위한 한쌍의 흐름 분배 플레이트들을 구비하는 적어도 하나의 전지를 구비하는 연료 전지 조립체 제조방법으로서,상기 흐름 분배 플레이트들 중 적어도 하나상에 박막 물질을 증착함으로써 온도와, 가스 유량 및 가스 압력을 구성하는 그룹중 적어도 하나의 요소를 검출하기 위한 히터 및/또는 센서를 형성하는 단계를 특징으로 하는 연료 전지 조립체의 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,기판상에 에칭 공정을 수행함으로써 각 흐름 분배 플레이트를 형성하는 단계;각 흐름 분배 플레이트를 형성하는 단계에 연속하여 수행되는 히터 및/또는 센서를 형성하는 단계;를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 전지 조립체의 제조방법.
