Claims (3)
- 第1の反応ガスを供給するための第1のガス流路を、第1の基板に形成する第1のガス流路形成工程と、
前記第1のガス流路を介して供給された第1の反応ガスが反応することにより生じた電子を集める第1の集電層を形成する第1の集電層形成工程と、
前記第1のガス流路を介して供給された第1の反応ガスに基づいて反応を行う第1の反応層を形成する第1の反応層形成工程と、
電解質膜を形成する電解質膜形成工程と、
第2の反応ガスを供給するための第2のガス流路を、第2の基板に形成する第2のガス流路形成工程と、
前記第2のガス流路を介して供給された第2の反応ガスが反応するために必要な電子を供給する第2の集電層を形成する第2の集電層形成工程と、
前記第2のガス流路を介して供給された第2の反応ガスに基づいて反応を行う第2の反応層を形成する第2の反応層形成工程とを含む燃料電池の製造方法において、
前記第1の反応層形成工程及び前記第2の反応層形成工程の内の少なくとも何れか一方は、吐出装置を用いて、触媒材料を含む触媒溶液の複数の液滴を、それぞれ基板上の互いに重複しない位置に、格子状の配列で塗布する第1塗布工程と、
前記第1塗布工程で格子状に塗布された複数の液滴の間の位置であって、且つ、当該複数の液滴と重複しない位置に、格子状の配列で触媒材料を含む触媒溶液の液滴を塗布する第2塗布工程と、を含むことを特徴とする燃料電池の製造方法。 - 前記第1塗布工程と前記第2塗布工程との間に、前記第1塗布工程で塗布された前記触媒溶液を乾燥させる中間乾燥工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料電池の製造方法。
- 前記第2塗布工程において、前記第1塗布工程と液滴の大きさが異なる前記触媒溶液を前記基板上に塗布することにより反応層を形成することを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料電池の製造方法。
