Claims (6)
- 고분자 전해질막 및 상기 고분자 전해질막을 끼운 한 쌍의 전극으로 이루어지는 복수의 막·전극접합체, 상기 막·전극접합체와 교대로 적층되며, 한쪽면에는 음극측 분리기판을 가지고 다른쪽면에는 양극측 분리기판을 가진 복수의 분리기판, 및 상기 한쪽 전극에 연료가스를 공급·배출하고, 다른 쪽 전극에 산화제가스를 공급·배출하는 가스공급·배출수단을 구비하고,상기 가스공급·배출수단이, 상기 막·전극접합체 및 분리기판에 공통으로 형성된 연료가스 및 산화제가스용의 각 한 쌍의 매니폴드구멍, 상기 도전성 분리기판의 상기 한쪽의 전극과 대향하는 면에 상기 연료가스용의 한 쌍의 매니폴드구멍을 연결하도록 형성된 홈으로 이루어지는 연료가스의 유로, 및 상기 도전성 분리기판의 상기 다른 쪽의 전극과 대향하는 면에 상기 산화제가스용의 한 쌍의 매니폴드구멍을 연결하도록 형성된 홈으로 이루어지는 산화제가스의 유로를 포함하고,상기 분리기판에 있어서의 지름이 작은 부분(D1)과 지름이 큰 부분(D2)로 구성되는 각 매니폴드구멍의 상기 가스의 유로측의 개구 가장자리부에, 상기 가스의 유로보다 깊은 단차부를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질형 연료전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분리기판의 단차부가, 상기 매니폴드구멍측에서 깊어지도록 경사를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질형 연료전지.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 분리기판의 매니폴드구멍은, 상기 가스의 유로측의 개구 가장자리부의 버가 제거되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 전해질형 연료전지.
- 흑연분말 및 결합제를 포함하는 혼합물을 성형하는 제 1 공정, 및 기계가공에 의해 매니폴드구멍을 형성하는 제 2 공정을 가지는 연료전지용 분리기판의 제조방법으로서,제 1 공정에서, 홈으로 이루어진 가스의 유로와, 상기 매니폴드구멍을 형성하는 위치로부터 상기 가스의 유로의 끝단부에 걸친 부분의 오목부를 성형하고,제 2 공정에서, 지름이 작은 부분(D1)과 지름이 큰 부분(D2)으로 구성되는 각 매니폴드구멍의 상기 가스의 유로측의 개구 가장자리부에, 상기 가스의 유로보다 깊은 단차부를 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 분리기판의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 분리기판의 단차부가, 상기 매니폴드구멍측에서 깊어지도록 경사를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 분리기판의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 분리기판의 매니폴드구멍은, 상기 가스의 유로측의 개구 가장자리부의 버가 제거되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 분리기판의 제조방법.
