Claims (18)
- 제1 구동륜, 제1 구동륜을 구동시키도록 구성된 제1 구동원 그리고 제1 구동원으로부터 제1 구동륜으로의 토크 전달 경로 내에 배치된 클러치를 갖는 차량을 위한 차량 구동력 제어 장치이며,클러치가 결합되는 제1 구동 모드와 클러치가 결합 해제되는 제2 구동 모드를 선택하도록 구성된 구동 모드 선택 섹션과,제1 구동 모드가 구동 모드 선택 섹션에 의해 선택될 때 클러치를 결합 해제시키기 위해 클러치 해제 명령을 출력하도록 구성된 클러치 해제 섹션과,제동 상태를 결정하도록 구성된 제동력 명령 결정 섹션과,제동력 명령 결정 섹션이 제동 상태를 결정할 때 클러치의 현재의 상태를 유지하도록 구성된 클러치 유지 섹션을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 구동력 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 클러치 유지 섹션은 제동력 명령 결정 섹션이 제동 상태를 결정할 때 클러치 해제 섹션이 클러치 해제 명령을 출력하는 것을 방지하도록 추가로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 구동력 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제동력 명령 결정 섹션은 제동 페달 스위치에 따라 제동 상태를 결정하도록 추가로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 구동력 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제동력 명령 결정 섹션은 제동력 명령 크기를 결정하도록 추가로 구성되며, 클러치 유지 섹션은 제동력 명령 결정 섹션에 의해 결정된 제동력 명령 크기가 소정 크기보다 클 때 클러치 해제 섹션이 클러치 해제 명령을 출력하는 것을 방지하도록 추가로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 구동력 제어 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 제동력 명령 결정 섹션은 마스터 실린더 압력에 따라 제동력 명령 크기를 결정하도록 추가로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 구동력 제어 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 제동력 명령 결정 섹션은 차륜 실린더 압력에 따라 제동력 명령 크기를 결정하도록 추가로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 구동력 제어 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 제동력 명령 결정 섹션은 제동 페달 스트로크에 따라 제동력 명령 크기를 결정하도록 추가로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 구동력 제어 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 제동력 명령 결정 섹션은 제동 페달 스위치에 따라 제동력 명령 크기를 결정하도록 추가로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 구동력 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 클러치 해제 섹션은 제2 구동원의 출력 토크가 클러치 상의 토크를 실질적으로 0이 되게 하는 데 필요한 클러치 해제 토크와 실질적으로 동일한 것으로 결정될 때 클러치를 결합 해제시키도록 추가로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 구동력 제어 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 제2 구동원의 출력 토크가 클러치의 해제 직전의 클러치 해제 가능 토크와 실질적으로 동일하도록 클러치 해제 섹션에 의한 클러치의 해제 작동 중 제2 구동원의 출력 토크를 제어하도록 구성된 토크 제어 섹션을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 구동력 제어 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 토크 제어 섹션은 클러치가 클러치 해제 섹션에 의해 클러치의 해제 작동 중에 해제될 때까지, 제2 구동원의 출력 토크를 클러치 해제 가능 토크와 실질적으로 동일하게 유지하기 위해 제2 구동원의 출력 토크를 제어하도록 추가로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 구동력 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가속 슬리피지가 제1 구동원에 의해 구동되는 제1 구동륜 내에서 일어나는 지를 검출하도록 구성된 가속 슬리피지 검출 섹션을 추가로 포함하며,구동 모드 선택 섹션은 가속 슬리피지 검출 섹션에 의한 가속 슬리피지의 검출에 따라 제1 구동 모드와 제2 구동 모드 사이에서 선택하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 구동력 제어 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 구동원의 일부를 형성하는 전기 모터와,클러치의 결합과 독립적으로 제2 구동륜을 구동시키도록 구성되고 배열되는 내연 기관에 의해 구동되는 제너레이터와,가속 슬리피지 검출 섹션이 제1 구동륜 내에서 일어나는 가속 슬리피지를 평가할 때 제1 구동륜의 가속 슬리피지량에 실질적으로 대응하기 위해 제너레이터의 제너레이터 부하 토크를 제어하도록 구성된 제너레이터 제어 섹션을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 구동력 제어 장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 구동 모드 선택 섹션은 제1 및 제2 구동 모드 중 하나를 수동으로 선택하도록 구동 모드 스위치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 구동력 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기 모터가 구동원의 일부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 구동력 제어 장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 전기 모터는 내연 기관에 의해 구동되는 제너레이터에 의해 구동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 구동력 제어 장치.
- 제1 구동륜, 제1 구동륜을 구동시키도록 구성된 제1 구동원 그리고 제1 구동원으로부터 제1 구동륜으로의 토크 전달 경로 내에 배치된 클러치가 제공되는 차량을 위한 차량 구동력 제어 장치이며,클러치가 결합되는 제1 구동 모드와 클러치가 결합 해제되는 제2 구동 모드를 선택하는 구동 모드 선택 수단과,제1 구동 모드가 구동 모드 선택 수단에 의해 선택될 때 클러치를 결합 해제시키기 위해 클러치 해제 명령을 출력하는 클러치 해제 수단과,제동 상태를 결정하는 제동력 명령 결정 수단과,제동력 명령 결정 수단이 제동 상태를 결정할 때 클러치의 현재의 상태를 유지하는 클러치 유지 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 구동력 제어 장치.
- 제1 구동륜, 제1 구동륜을 구동시키도록 구성된 제1 구동원 그리고 제1 구동원으로부터 제1 구동륜으로의 토크 전달 경로 내에 배치된 클러치가 제공되는 차량을 위한 차량 구동력 제어 장치이며,클러치가 결합되는 제1 구동 모드와 클러치가 결합 해제되는 제2 구동 모드 중 하나를 선택하는 단계와,제1 구동 모드가 선택될 때 클러치를 결합 해제시키기 위해 클러치 해제 명령을 출력하는 단계와,제동 상태가 존재하는 지를 결정하는 단계와,제동 상태가 존재한다는 결정이 이루어질 때 클러치의 현재의 상태를 유지하는 단계을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 구동력 제어 장치.
