Claims (9)
- 인간 성장호르몬 (hGH), 인터페론 (IFN) 및 과립구 증식인자 (G-CSF)로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 생리활성 폴리펩티드 두 분자의 아미노 말단이 한 분자의 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 (polyethylene glycol, PEG) 링커에 의해 연결되고 각각의 생리활성 폴리펩티드의 라이신 잔기의 아미노기에 한 분자의 PEG가 수식된 PEG-생리활성 폴리펩티드 동종이량체 결합체.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,PEG 링커가 양쪽 말단에 알데히드기 또는 프로피온 알데히드기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 결합체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,PEG 링커가 분자량이 1 내지 100 kDa 달톤인 것을 특징으로 하는 결합체.
- 제 4항에 있어서,PEG 링커가 분자량이 2 내지 20 kDa 달톤인 것을 특징으로 하는 결합체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,동종이량체에 수식되는 PEG가 석시니미딜 프로피오네이트, 석시니미딜 카르복시메틸, 석시니미딜 카보네이트 및 말레이미드 (maleimide)로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 작용기를 한쪽 말단에 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 결합체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,동종이량체에 수식되는 PEG가 분지형 또는 선형 PEG인 것을 특징으로 하는 결합체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,동종이량체에 수식되는 PEG가 분자량이 1 내지 100 kDa인 것을 특징으로 하는 결합체.
- 제 8항에 있어서,PEG가 분자량이 20 내지 40 kDa인 것을 특징으로 하는 결합체.
