Claims (10)
- 구동 유니트에 의해 부여되는 토오크가 차량의 구동열 내의 진동을 저감시키는 방향으로 조절되는 차량 구동 유니트의 제어 방법에 있어서,토오크의 조절이 상기 구동 유니트의 실제 회전 속도와 상기 구동열 내의 토오크 상태를 이용해서 얻어지는 모델 회전 속도와의 비교로부터 도입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 모델 회전 속도는 가속 토오크(Mbes)의 적분에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 가속 토오크(Mbes)는 상기 구동 유니트에 의해 발생되는 토오크(Mind) 및 상기 구동열의 출력단에서 시뮬레이팅된 부하 토오크의 함수로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 구동열의 출력단에서의 부하 토오크는 상기 실제 회전 속도와 상기 모델 회전 속도간의 차의 함수로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 실제 회전 속도와 상기 모델 회전 속도간의 회전 속도차는 비례 요소에 의해 토오크 수정치(△MAR)로 변환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 토오크 수정치는 계산에 의해 점화각에 대한 수정치로 변환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 실제 회전 속도와 상기 모델 회전 속도간의 회전 속도차의 등가치 성분은 고역 필터 특성을 갖는 필터에 의해 필터링되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 토오크의 조절은 제어기에 의해 행해지고, 그 제어기는 엔진으로부터 얻어진 토오크와 부하 토오크의 비교로부터 상기 구동열 내의 출력측에서 분리된 회전 속도 진동을 토오크 수정으로 변환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제어기는 컴퓨터 프로그램으로 작동되고, 그 컴퓨터 프로그램은 입력축의 각도에 동기해서 가동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 구동 유니트에 의해 부여되는 토오크를 차량의 구동열 내의 진동을 저감시키는 방향으로 조절하는 제어 유니트를 갖는 차량 구동 유니트의 제어 장치에 있어서,상기 제어 유니트는 실제 회전 속도와 상기 구동열 내의 토오크 상태에 기초해서 얻어진 모델 회전 속도를 이용해서 토오크를 조절하는 제어기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
