Claims (42)
- (a) argE 유전자의 암호서열, P450sul 모노옥시게나제 유전자의 암호서열 및 pehA 유전자의 암호서열로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 전독소(protoxin)의 독소로의 전환을 촉매하는 효소를 암호화하는 암호서열에 작동적으로 연결된, 수탁번호 NRRL B-21920의 pSH64 클론으로부터 분리가능하고 서열번호 11의 뉴클레오티드 1 내지 1390번으로 이루어진 프로모터, 수탁번호 NRRL B-21655의 pCIB10302 클론으로부터 분리가능하고 서열번호 2의 뉴클레오티드 서열을 갖는 프로모터 및 수탁번호 NRRL B-21919의 X2-1 클론으로부터 분리가능하고 서열번호 14의 뉴클레오티드 1 내지 1093번으로 이루어진 프로모터로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 자성-선택적 프로모터를 포함하는 조건적 자성 불임 식물을 생산하는 단계;(b) 조건적 자성 불임 식물을 웅성 불임 식물과 사이심기하는 단계;(c) 전독소를 조건적 자성 불임 식물에 적용하여 자성 불임성을 유도하는 단계; 및(d) 잡종 종자를 생산하는 단계를 포함하는, 잡종 종자의 생산 방법.
