Claims (9)
- 아래의 일반식 (A)로 나타내어지는 신규의 페난트리디늄 유도체:위의 식에서,R1은 메틸, 에틸, 알릴(CH2=CH-CH2-), 2-히드록시에틸, 2-메톡시에틸, 2-아세톡시에틸, 카르바모일메틸 및 트리플루오로메틸로 된 군으로부터 선택되는, 치환 또는 비치환의 저급 지방족 탄화수소기이고,R은 메틸, 에틸, 프로필, i-프로필, 부틸, t-부틸, 펜틸로 된 군으로부터 선택되는 탄소원자수 1∼5의 저급 알킬기, 할로겐 및 히드록시기로 된 군으로부터 선택되는 치환기로 임의로 치환되어도 좋은, 탄소원자수 2∼6의 지방족 탄화수소 연쇄이며,Y 및 Z는 각각 독립하여 수소, 히드록시기 또는 저급 알콕시기를 나타내거나, 또는 Y 및 Z가 함께 결합하여 메틸렌디옥시 또는 페닐환을 형성하고,X-는 산 잔기 또는 수소산 잔기이다.
- 아래의 일반식 (B)로 나타내어지는 신규의 페난트리디늄 유도체:위의 식에서,R1은 메틸, 에틸, 알릴(CH2=CH-CH2-), 2-히드록시에틸, 2-메톡시에틸, 2-아세톡시에틸, 카르바모일메틸 및 트리플루오로메틸로 된 군으로부터 선택되는, 치환 또는 비치환의 저급 지방족 탄화수소기이고,R은 메틸, 에틸, 프로필, i-프로필, 부틸, t-부틸, 펜틸로 된 군으로부터 선택되는 탄소원자수 1∼5의 저급 알킬기, 할로겐 및 히드록시기로 된 군으로부터 선택되는 치환기로 임의로 치환되어도 좋은, 탄소원자수 2∼6의 저급 지방족 탄화수소 연쇄이며,Y 및 Z는 각각 독립하여 수소, 히드록시기 또는 저급 알콕시기를 나타내거나, 또는 Y 및 Z가 함께 결합하여 메틸렌디옥시 또는 페닐환을 형성한다.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, R1은 메틸기, 에틸기, 알릴기(CH2=CH-CH2-), 2-히드록시에틸기, 2-메톡시에틸기, 2-아세톡시에틸기, 카르바모일메틸기 또는 트리플루오로메틸기이고; R은 탄소원자수 3∼4의 비치환의 폴리메틸렌 연쇄이며; Y 및 Z는 함께 결합하여 메틸렌디옥시 또는 페닐환을 형성하는 화합물.
- 2,3-(메틸렌디옥시)-7-히드록시-8-메톡시-5,6-프로파노-벤조[c]페난트리디늄 염.
- 유효성분으로서 제1항 또는 제2항에 의한 화합물과 약리학적으로 허용되는 담체를 함유하는, 종양의 치료 또는 예방을 위한 의약 조성물.
