Claims (5)
- 실린더내부의 압축실에서 직선왕복운동하고 내부에 후단부로 개구되는 피스톤쳄버가 구비되는 피스톤과,회전하는 크랭크축으로부터 동력을 전달받아 상기 피스톤의 직선왕복운동으로 변환하는 커넥팅로드와,상기 커넥팅로드의 소단경 내면과의 사이에 소정의 간극을 가지도록 커넥팅로드를 관통하고 양단부가 상기 피스톤쳄버의 내부에 설치되어 상기 피스톤과 커넥팅로드를 회동가능하게 연결하는 피스톤핀과,상기 피스톤의 직선왕복운동에 따라 상기 소단경과 피스톤핀 사이의 특정부분의 간극이 좁아져 상기 간극에 존재하는 오일의 압력이 상승되는 것이 방지되도록 상기 간극을 외부와 연통시켜 오일이 유동되게 하는 오일유로를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기의 피스톤과 커넥팅로드 연결구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 오일유로는 상기 커넥팅로드의 소단경이 밀착되는 피스톤쳄버의 바닥면에 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기의 피스톤과 커넥팅로드 연결구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 오일유로는 상기 피스톤쳄버의 바닥면과 밀착되는 상기 커넥팅로드의 소단경 하면에 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기의 피스톤과 커넥팅로드 연결구조.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 오일유로는 상기 커넥팅로드의 상단과 하단에 대응되는 위치에 각각 대칭으로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기의 피스톤과 커넥팅로드 연결구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 오일유로는 상기 커넥팅로드의 소단경을 관통하여 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 압축기의 피스톤과 커넥팅로드 연결구조.
