Claims (4)
- 반경방향으로 내측에 배치된 미끄럼 베어링 슬리브와 상기 슬리브에 편심적으로 배치된 가압롤러를 위한 롤러 베어링(2)과 플라스틱으로 된 회전체가 장착된 가압장치에 있어서, 상기 장치는- 하나의 밴드로부터 감싸인 미끄럼 베어링(1)의 단부면들은 내부응력을 받는 충격부(15)의 영역에서 서로 짜맞추어지며,- 미끄럼 베어링 슬리브(1)의 모면과 롤러 베어링(2)의 보링면(6)의 부분들이 회전체(4)를 주입하기 위한 성형기(2)에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가압장치
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 미끄럼 베어링 슬리브(1)의 보링면이 미끄럼표면(16)으로 형성되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가압장치
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 회전체(4)는 내부 링에 축방향으로 형성된 링-형상 돌출부(7)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가압장치
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 회전체(4)는 미끄럼 베어링 슬리브(1)를 축방향으로 고정하는 지지돌출부(13)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가압장치
