Claims (6)
- 하우징;상기 하우징에 회전 가능하게 설치되며 외주에 압입홈이 형성되는 회전축;상기 회전축에 고정되게 결합되는 정류자; 및두께가 얇으며 상기 회전축의 압입홈에 압입되고 상기 정류자와 고정되게 결합되는 이탈방지체를 포함하며,상기 이탈방지체는 내주면에 인접하게 피가압홈이 형성되며 상기 피가압홈이 가압될 때 상기 피가압홈과 인접한 내주면의 적어도 일부가 상기 회전축의 압입홈으로 압입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 박형의 정류자 이탈방지체를 구비한 진동모터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 정류자와 상기 이탈방지체는 소정의 접착제에 의해 고정되게 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동모터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 정류자는 내주면에 볼록돌기가 형성되고 상기 이탈방지체는 외주면에 상기 볼록돌기와 대응하는 오목홈이 형성되며 상기 정류자와 상기 이탈방지체는 상기 볼록돌기와 상기 오목홈이 접하도록 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동모터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 정류자는 상기 이탈방지체를 인서트몰딩(insert molding)하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동모터.
- 삭제
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 이탈방지체의 두께는 0.15mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 진동모터.
