Claims (10)
- 평탄한 상면을 갖는 기판;상기 기판 상면에 배치된 마이크로 전자 액츄에이터;,상기 기판 상에 서로 광축이 일치되도록 정렬된 광도파용 수신단과 송신단; 및,상기 액츄에이터에 의해 송수신단 사이의 일정 위치로 이동가능한 광차단막을 포함하고,상기 광차단막의 표면에 반사도가 80%이하로 빛의 일부를 투과시키면서 그 투과된 빛에 대해 재질의 두께에 따른 광소멸비를 갖는 물질로 도포되어 형성된 표면층을 가지며,상기 표면층을 구성하는 물질은 Ti, TiO2, Cr, CrO2, W, Te 및 Be로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 MEMS 가변 광감쇄기..
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 표면층은Ti, Cr, W, Te 및 Be로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 어느 한 물질로 이루어진 제1층 및,상기 제1 층 상에 형성되며, TiO2 또는 CrO2로 이루어진 제2 층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 MEMS 가변 광감쇄기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광차단막은 상기 송신단과 수신단의 광축에 경사지도록 배치된 평판구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 MEMS 가변 광감쇄기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광차단막은 상기 광도파용 수신단의 광축에 수직인 면을 가지며, 상기 광도파용 송신단의 광축에 90°보다 작은 각으로 경사진 면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 MEMS 가변 광감쇄기.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 광차단막은 반쐐기형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 MEMS 가변 광감쇄기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 액츄에이터는,상기 기판 상에 고정된 접지전극와 구동전극를 구비한 전극부;상기 기판 상에 배치되며, 그 일단이 상기 접지전극에 연결된 스프링; 및,상기 기판 상에 배치되어 상기 구동전극의 상기 스프링의 타단에 연결되며, 상기 구동전극를 향해 이동가능한 구조를 갖는 이동질량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 MEMS 가변 광감쇄기.
- 제1항 또는 제7항에 있어서,상기 표면층은 Ti, Cr, W, Te 및 Be로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 어느 한 물질로 형성되고,상기 전극부의 전극물질은 상기 표면층을 구성하는 금속과 동일한 금속으로 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 MEMS 가변 광감쇄기.
