Claims (26)
- 지지층 및 지지층에서 탈착 가능하도록 부착된 전사층을 포함하는 전사 라벨로서, 상기 전사층은 잉크층을 포함하고, 상기 전사층은 잉크층의 각 면에 상부 및 하부 봉쇄층을 각각 포함하고, 상기 상부 및 하부 봉쇄층은 잉크층의 테두리 외부에서 서로 접촉하여 상기 잉크층 주위에 밀폐된 봉인을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전사 라벨.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 잉크층은 0.5㎟ 내지 500㎠의 넓이를 갖는 분리 구역을 포함하고, 상기 상부 봉쇄층 및 상기 하부 봉쇄층은 분리 구역의 외부에서 서로 접촉하여 잉크층의 각 구역 주위에 개별적인 봉인을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전사 라벨.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 용기에 도포된 후의 전사층이 세척 용액을 사용하는 세척 공정에서 상기 용기로부터 제거될 때, 잉크 패턴의 분리 구역 주위의 다수의 봉인은 밀폐 상태로 남아 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전사 라벨.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 세척 공정 중, 상기 전사층은 난류성 침지 조건하에, 온도 100℃ 이하의 수용액 내에서 20분 이하의 침지 시간 내에 4조각 이상으로 파열되고, 용기에서 탈착되며, 여기서 전사층의 파열로 형성된 대다수의 조각은 잉크 패턴의 분리 구역의 넓이 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전사 라벨.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 잉크는 수용성인 것을 특징으로 하는 전사 라벨.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 상부 봉쇄층은 비착색된 잉크를 포함하고, 하부 봉쇄층은 접착제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전사 라벨.
