- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.裏打ち層と該裏打ち層に剥離可能に接着された転写層とからなり、該転写層 がインキ層を含む、転写ラベルで、転写層がインキ層の両側にそれぞれ頂部包み 込み層と底部包み込み層を有し、この頂部包み込み層と底部包み込み層がインキ 層の周囲の外側で互いに接触しインキ層の周りに閉鎖された包みを形成している ことを特徴とする転写ラベル。 2.インキ層が0.5mm2〜500cm2の寸法の独立区域群を含み、頂部包み込み層と底 部包み込み層が独立区域群の外側で互いに接触しインキ層の各独立区域の周りで 個別の包みを作っている請求項1記載の転写ラベル。 3.転写層が容器に適用された後、洗浄液を用いる洗浄法で前期容器から除去さ れる時、インキ模様の独立区域群の周りの包みの大部分が閉鎖されたまま残る請 求項1記載の転写ラベル。 4.洗浄法で転写層が、温度100℃以下好ましくは70℃以下の水性溶液中、20分 以内好ましくは10秒以内のソーキング時間内に乱流条件下で、少なくとも4片に 分解し容器から剥離せられ、転写層の分解時に作られる小片の大部分のサイズが インキ模様の独立区域の寸法より小さくはない請求項3記載の転写ラベル。 5.インキが水溶性である請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の転写ラベル。 6.頂部包み込み層が非着色インキからなり、底部包み込み層が接着剤からなる 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の転写ラベル。 7.頂部包み込み層が不連続で、インキ模様と一致して設けられる請求項1〜6 のいずれかに記載の転写ラベル。 8.底部包み込み層が不連続である請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の転写ラベル 。 9.インキ模様の独立区域群の外側の転写層がソーキング液を透過しうる請求項 1〜8のいずれかに記載の転写ラベル。 10.転写層が接着剤層を含み、その粘着性はソーキング液との接触で少なくと も減少し好ましくはソーキング液に溶解せられる請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載 の転写ラベル 11.接着剤層が触れん足でインキイ模様と一致して位置せしめられる請求項1 0記載の転写ラベル。 12.ソーキング液が水性アルカリ液である請求項3あるいは4記載の転写ラベ ル。 13.包み込み層の厚みが30マイクロメ-トル以下、好ましくは20マイクロメ-ト ル以下で、重量が1〜10g/m2である請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の転写ラベ ル。 14.重量が1〜10g/m2、好ましくは3〜7g/m2の接着剤層を含む請求項1〜13 のいずれかに記載の転写ラベル。 15.接着剤層が少なくとも2つのサブ層を含み、容器に付着させた時、容器に 近い方のサブ層の粘着性が容器から離れて位置する接着剤層の粘着性より弱い請 求項1〜14のいずれかに記載の転写ラベル。 16.請求項1〜15のいずれかに記載の転写ラベルを用い適用された転写層を 有する容器。 17.転写層の上にアクリル系ワックスからなるカバー層が適用されている請求 項16記載の容器。 18.カバー層が転写層を容器に接着指せる時あるいはその後に接着せられる請 求項17記載の容器。 19.転写層が容器に適用されたあと、40〜100℃、好ましくは50〜90℃で加熱 処理競られた請求項16〜18のいずれかに記載の容器。 20.転写層を受容するための適用面で表面張力が少なくとも60ダイン/cmのも のを含む請求項15〜19のいずれかに記載の容器。 21.容器上のラベルが乾燥状態で1〜7Nの鉛筆硬度を有し、ソーキング液と しての20℃の水に1〜15分間ソーキングされた後0.5N以下の鉛筆硬度を 有する請求項16〜20のいずれかに記載の容器。 22.容器上のラベルが3時間後、0以上、100g/m2以下好ましくは約5g/m2 の水吸収値を有する請求項16〜20のいずれかに記載の容器。 23.水性ソーキング液中に容器を20分以内、好ましくは1分以内の間つけ、 ソーキング液温は100℃以下、好ましくは70℃以下で、その間ソーキング液 に乱流を生ぜしめ、ラベルが少なくとも4部分に分解し、各部は5マイクロメー ターより小ではなく、容器から剥離し、インキの大部分は包みの内部に含まれる ようにする工程、 ソーキング液を篩を通しポンプ送りしラベル小片を篩上に捕集する工程、および 定期的、好ましくは連続的にラベル片を集め除去して篩を清浄化する工程 を含む請求項16〜22のいずれかに記載の容器の洗浄法。 24.篩の目のサイズが0.1mm〜10mm,好ましくは約2mmである請求項23記載 の方法 25.容器をソーキング液中に入れる前及び/又は後に容器上に水ジェットを衝 突させる工程を含む請求項23あるいは24記載の方法。 26.ソーキング液が0.1〜5重量%、好ましくは0.5重量%のNaOHを含む請 求項22〜24のいずれかに記載の方法。
