Claims (15)
- 다음의 단계를 포함하는 수성 겔의 제조방법:(a) 수성 겔 총 중량에 대하여 1.0-3.0 중량%이고 분자량 50,000-300,000인의 젤라틴을 팽윤 및 용해하여 겔화제 용액을 수득하는 단계;(b) 수성 겔 총 중량에 대하여 0.1-1.0 중량%이고 분자량 100,000-200,000인 이소부틸렌 말레산 무수 공중합체를 용해하여 겔 가교제 용액을 수득하는 단계;(c) 용제에 향료, 탈취제, 방부제, pH 조정제, 염료 및 그의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 보조 성분을 용해하여 보조 성분 용액을 수득하는 단계;(d) 상기 (a)의 겔화제 용액에 상기 (c)의 보조 성분 용액을 첨가하는 단계; 및(e) 상기 (d)의 혼합물에 상기 (b)의 겔 가교제 용액을 첨가하고 겔화시키는 단계.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 젤라틴을 팽윤 및 용해하여 겔화제 용액을 수득하는 단계 (a)는 물에 젤라틴을 침지시킨 다음 30℃-60℃로 가온하여 실시됨을 특징으로 하는 수성 겔의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 젤라틴을 팽윤 및 용해하여 겔화제 용액을 수득하는 단계 (a)는 1가 알코올, 다가 알코올 및 글리콜 에테르로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 겔 강화제 그리고 물을 포함하는 혼합물에 침지시킨 다음 30℃-60℃로 가온하여 실시됨을 특징으로 하는 수성 겔의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 겔 강화제는 에틸렌 글리콜 및 프로필렌 글리콜로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 다가 알코올인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 겔의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 겔 강화제의 함량은 1-10 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 겔의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 이소부틸렌 말레산 무수 공중합체는 염의 형태로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 겔의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 상기 젤라틴의 양은 수성 겔 총 중량에 대하여 1.3-1.8 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 겔의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 상기 이소부틸렌 말레산 공중합체의 양은 0.2-0.8 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 겔의 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 젤라틴의 분자량은 100,000-200,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 겔의 제조방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 이소부틸렌 말레산 공중합체의 분자량은 160,000-170,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 겔의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 보조 성분을 가용화하는 데 이용되는 용제는 폴리 옥시 알킬렌 에테르, 폴리 옥시 알킬렌 페닐 에테르, 폴리 옥시 에틸렌 피마자유, 폴리 옥시 에틸렌 노닐 페닐 에테르, 에탄올, 이소프로판올, 아세톤 및 그의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 겔의 제조방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 용제는 폴리 옥시 에틸렌 에테르와 에탄올의 혼합물 또는 폴리 옥시 에틸렌 피마자유와 에탄올의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 겔의 제조방법.
- 다음의 단계를 포함하는 수성 겔의 제조방법:(a) 수성 겔 총 중량에 대하여 1.3-1.8 중량%이고, 분자량 100,000-200,000인 젤라틴을 팽윤 및 용해하여 겔화제 용액을 수득하는 단계;(b) 수성 겔 총 중량에 대하여 0.2-0.8 중량%이고, 분자량은 160,000-170,000인 이소부틸렌 무수 공중합체를 용해하여 겔 가교제 용액을 수득하는 단계;(c) 폴리 옥시 에틸렌 에테르와 에탄올의 혼합물 또는 폴리 옥시 에틸렌 피마자유와 에탄올의 혼합물을 포함하는 용제에 향료, 그리고 탈취제, 방부제, pH 조정제, 염료 및 그의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 보조 성분을 용해하여 보조 성분 용액을 수득하는 단계;(d) 상기 (a)의 겔화제 용액에 상기 (c)의 보조 성분 용액을 첨가한 다음 상기 (b)의 겔 가교제 용액을 첨가하거나 또는 상기 (a)의 겔화제 용액에 상기 (b)의 겔 가교제 용액을 첨가한 다음 상기 (c)의 보조 성분 용액을 첨가하는 단계; 및(e) 상기 (d)의 혼합물을 겔화시키는 단계.
- 상기 제 1 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항의 제조방법에 의해 제조되며, -15℃ ~ 60℃의 온도범위에서 온도 안정성을 나타내는 수성 겔.
