Claims (3)
- 6개 이상의 다수의 분구를 갖는 플래이트부재와,상기 분구의 상류에 밸브좌를 설치한 밸브시트와,상기 밸브시트에 설치된 하나의 원통형상의 연료통로와,상기 연료통로와 상기 다수의 분구를 갖는 플래이트부재 사이에 구성되고, 상기 다수의 분구직상에 배치된 연료캐비티와,상기 밸브시트에 왕복이동 가능하게 지지되고 상기 밸브시트에 설치된 밸브좌에 착좌 가능한 당접부를 소유하고,상기 당접부가 상기 밸브좌로부터 이좌 및 착좌하는 밸브부재를 구비하고,상기 플래이트부재에 설치된 분구로부터 분사되는 다수의 연료류로 구성되는 분무류를 다수 형성하는 연료분사밸브에 있어서,상기 플래이트에 배치된 다수의 분구를 상기 연료통로의 중심축심을 중심으로 하는 하나의 피치경 øP상에만 배치하고,또 상기 분구의 직경을 ød, 상기 연료통로의 직경을 øD1, 상기 연료캐비티의 축방향의 깊이를 t로 했을때에, øD1 + ød < øP로 하는 동시에, t < ød로 한것을 특징으로 하는 연료분사밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 플래이트부재에 설치된 상기 다수의 분구 중, 하나의 분무류를 구성하는 분구의 그룹에 대해, 원주방향으로 등피치로 배열한 것을 특징으로 하는 연료분사밸브.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 플래이트부재에 설치된 상기 다수의 분구 중, 하나의 분무류를 구성하는 분구의 그룹에 대해 플래이트부재의 연료분출 측면에서 상기 플래이트부재에 배치된 각각의 분구의 중심축과, 분구의 중심을 통과하고 연료분사밸브의 중심축에 평행인 직선이 이루는 각은, 플래이트부재의 중심을 통과하고 연료분무류의 분출방향의 반경방향 성분에 직교하는 기준축에 대해 상기 기준축과 분구의 거리가 떨어질수록 크게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료분사밸브.
