Claims (6)
- 복수개의 게이트 라인과 데이터 라인에 구동회로로부터 공급된 신호를 입력하도록 게이트 패드 및 데이터 패드를 갖는 액정 표시장치에 있어서,상기 각 패드의 양단에 리페어라인이 절연상태로 수직 교차되게 형성하여, 상기 어느 하나의 패드가 불량일 경우에 상기 해당 불량패드와 상기 리페어라인을 레이저 용접하되, 상기 리페어라인은 적어도 두 개가 서로 전기적으로 분리되어 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 불량패드 수리구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 서로 전기적으로 분리된 적어도 두 개의 리페어라인 둘은 상기 각 패드를 블록단위로 묶는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 불량패드 수리구조.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 서로 전기적으로 분리된 적어도 두 개의 리페어라인 들은 각각 폐쇄형으로 연결 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 불량패드 수리구조.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 서로 전기적으로 분리된 적어도 두 개의 리페어라인 들은 각각의 일 측면이 개방된 형태로 일정 간격을 두고 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 불량패드 수리구조.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 서로 전기적으로 분리된 적어도 두 개의 리페어라인 들은 개방된 일측면이 서로 마주보도록 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 불량패드 수리구조.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 서로 전기적으로 분리된 적어도 두 개의 리페어라인 들은 개방된 일 측면이 모두 한쪽 방향을 향하도록 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 불량패드 수리구조.
