Claims (9)
- 다수의 게이트선과 다수의 데이터선이 수직으로 교차된 박막트랜지스터기판과, 상기 박막트랜지스터기판의 게이트 영역을 제외한 가장자리에 형성되며 상기 데이터선의 양단과 절연층을 매개로 교차하는 하나이상의 수리선들과, 구동드라이브 IC가 탑재되고 상기 수리선들과 연결되도록 더미리드가 형성된 TCP와, 상기 TCP를 매개로 상기 박막트랜지스터기판과 연결되어 상기 수리선이 폐루프를 형성하도록 하는 게이트 PCB을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수리선이 형성된 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 더미리드는 입력측 더미리드와 출력측 더미리드로 구분되며 상기 TCP의 테이프필름에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 수리선이 형성된 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 게이트 PCB상에는 상기 게이트 PCB의 가장자리를 따라 더미 금속배선이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 수리선이 형성된 액정표시장치.
- 제 2항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 입력측 더미리드는 상기 더미 금속배선과 연결되고 상기 출력측 더미리드는 각각의 수리선과 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수리선이 형성된 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수리선은 게이트 금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 수리선이 형성된 액정표시장치.
- 다수의 게이트선과 다수의 데이터선이 수직으로 교차된 박막트랜지스터기판과, 상기 박막트랜지스터기판의 게이트 영역을 제외한 가장자리에 형성되며 상기 데이터선의 양단과 절연층을 매개로 교차하는 하나이상의 수리선들과, 구동드라이브 IC가 탑재되고 상기 수리선들과 연결되도록 더미리드가 형성된 TCP와, 상기 TCP를 매개로 상기 박막트랜지스터기판과 연결되어 상기 수리선이 폐루프를 형성하도록 하는 게이트 PCB과, 상기 게이트 PCB상에 형성된 금속배선과 전기적으로 연결되며 상기 수리선에서 전달된 신호를 증폭하는 증폭부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수리선이 형성된 액정표시장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 증폭부는 전류 증폭기가 내장된 드라이브 IC인 것을 특징으로 하는 수리선이 형성된 액정표시장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 증폭부는 전압 증폭기가 내장된 드라이브 IC인 것을 특징으로 하는 수리선이 형성된 액정표시장치.
- 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 드라이브 IC의 입력측 리드와 출력측 리드는 상기 게이트 PCB 상에 형성된 더미금속배선과 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 수리선이 형성된 액정표시장치.
