Claims (5)
- 폴리프로필렌 수지 45∼80중량%, 무기충전제로서 탈크 10∼45중량%, 안료로서 티타늄다이옥사이드 3∼20중량% 및 카본블랙 0.002∼0.01중량%로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 차광성 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌 수지는 용융지수 1∼70g/10분 인 결정성을 갖는 호모 폴리프로필렌 또는 프로필렌과 25몰% 이하인 에틸렌의 블록 공중합체 또는 랜덤 공중합체 또는 이들의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탈크는 [3MgO 4SiO2 H2O]의 화학 조성을 갖고 순도 95% 이상이며, 모아 경도 4∼5이며, 융점 1200℃이상이고, 애스팩트비가 2∼50이며 판상형의 입자모양을 갖고 평균 입자 크기는 3∼50마이크로미터인 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 티타늄다이옥사이드는 2.5이상의 굴절율, 5∼8의 모아 경도, 융점 1800℃이상이고, 입자크기 0.01∼1.0 마이크로미터인 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 카본블랙은 입자크기 1.0마이크로미터이하인 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌 수지 조성물.
